Brak ne mogu sklopiti krvni srodnici u pravoj liniji, a od srodnika u pobočnoj liniji brak ne mogu sklopiti: rođeni brat i sestra, brat i sestra po ocu ili majci, stric i sinovica, ujak i sestričina, tetka i bratanac, tetka i sestrić, deca rođene braće i sestara, te deca braće i sestara po ocu ili majci.

U pravoj liniji beskonačno, u pobočnoj 6.

Brak ne mogu da sklope ni usvojeni i usvojitelj.

Mislim da je sada zaprećena kazna 5 godina.
Uz druge inkriminacije čini se da je stvar sasvim pod kontrolom.
Incest je tabu i ono malo što se otkrije vezano je za zlostavljanje maloletnika u porodici. I to je ogromna siva zona.

Ti si vjerojatno čitao Boru Stankovića i njegov roman "Nečista krv"....


Roman opisuje razdoblje poslije oslobođenja Vranja od Turaka, tj. nakon 1875. godine. Dakle vrijeme s kraja 19. stoljeća.

Zašto se roman baš zove "Nečista krv"???



Raspitaj se malo o drevnom srpskom običaju koji se zove Latop!!!:lol::lol:

punoljetni su, ako neko nije prisiljen, onda tu nema nikakvog krivicnog djela
samo sto brat ne moze priznati sestrino dijete, niti ej ozeniti

Zato i jesmo, generalno gledano, jedan od najlepših naroda. Jedini razlog tome je mešanje i izbegavanje srodničkih veza.

A, pogledajte npr. Šiptare. Koje su to ružne njuške, opet generalno gledano, a samo zato što se vekovima ne mešaju sa drugim narodima. Zasitila se krv.

У правој линији је потпуно забрањено, у бочној је забрањено до четвртог колена, али много битнији је поглед друштва на ово питање чиме се можемо похвалити у односу на либерални свет који тежи да обесмисли породицу и сродство.

Један од параметара којим се може видети историјко развиће сродничких веза и њихова дубина је и број речи који посотоји за сроднике. Српски језик је у том погледу неколико пута богатији од енглеског нпр.

Lapot (laˈpot) is the legendary Serbian practice of senicide:[1][2][3] killing one's parents, or other elderly family members, once they become a financial burden on the family. According to T. R. Georgevitch (Đorđević), writing in 1918 about the eastern highlands of Serbia, in the region of Zaječar, the killing was carried out with an axe or stick, and the entire village was invited to attend. In some places corn mush was put on the head of the victim to make it seem as if the corn, not the family, was the killer.[4][5]

Georgevitch suggests that this legend may have originated in tales surrounding the Roman occupation of local forts.

The Romans ... were very bellicose people. Their leader ordered all the holders of the fort up to forty years of age to be active fighters, from forty to fifty to be guards of the fort, and after fifty to be killed, because they have no military value. Since that period the old men were killed.[4]

Anthropologist Senka Kovač, in a study on aging, mentions that the name "lapot" is given to this custom of killing the elderly in eastern Serbia.[3]

Sociologist Dinko Tomasic notes that father-son clashes were common in highland society and cites cases as recent as World War II where father and son were on opposite sides, and partisan sons executed their Chetnik fathers when they were captured.[5]

In a study published in 1999, Bojan Jovanović argues that earlier anthropologists such as Trojanović, Georgevitch, and Čajkanović had confused myth with reality and that the well-known story of a grandson who had hidden his grandfather to protect him from lapot after a bad harvest, bringing him back to the village when the old man's wisdom had shown a way to survive, was the basis for establishing that the old should be respected for their knowledge and wise counsel.[6]

The tradition was the topic of the 1972 TV docudrama Legenda o Lapotu (The Legend of Lapot) by Goran Paskaljevic, in which after a bad harvest, an elderly man who can no longer work is ritually slain.[1][7][8][9] The 1992 novel Lapot by Živojin Pavlović (ISBN 8637903525) received the NIN Prize.[10] In 2004, Italian news agency ANSA reported from Belgrade that an attempt by the Serbian government to introduce a law restricting free dispensing of life saving medicines to the over 60s had been described by the Serb media as a case of "lapot".

Da, srpski clan je ocigledno liberalniji po tom pitanju i u skladu sa modernim vrednostima gde drzava ne moze da se mesa u neciji krevet ako je sex dobrovoljan, a osobe imaju sposobnost da same spoznaju sta je njihova zelja po tom pitanju(znaci da imaju odredjeni broj godina, da nisu lude, nadrogirane itd.). Pa nije ovo srednji vek. Krivicni zakonik treba da se bavi agresijom, nasiljem i ugrozavanjem necijeg telesnog i fizickog identiteta, to su tekovine drustva kome je sloboda najveca ljudska vrednost. Ne moze krivicni zakonik da kaznjava sve moguce i nemoguce moralne norme koje su svakakvim plemenima pale na pamet.
