Објашњење:
The Ib type (or subcluster M6 of R1a-Z280)
The red, purple and cyan pins correspond to relatively secure members of the Ib clade (ie. those with longer haplotypes or those with some very specific signatures). The purple pins denote members of the characteristic subcluster with DYS390=26. The green pins correspond to another potential subbranch with DYS438=12. The cyan (light blue) pins stand for those Y67 haplotypes that show ancestral DYS520=21 value, instead of the derived DYS520=20 value that is typical for the major subcluster of the Ib type that encompasses all red and purple pins.
The yellow pins correspond to less secure (ie. too short) Ib-like haplotypes.
The pins with dots corespond to the current members of the FTDNA project "R1a1a and Subclades"
Ово је преписка из једног мејла од администратора пројектa "R1a1a and Subclades":
The Z280 branch includes five known SNP-defined sub-branches (P278.2, L365, L366, L784 and Z92) but you don't belong to any of them, as they all cover less than 50% of all Z280 members. Based on both SNP and STR results, we divide the entire Z280 branch into many specific categories (clades/clusters). It seems that all these small Z280+ categories can be grouped into three major potential sub-branches of Z280, namely:
1) the Z92 branch (categories 6.A, 6.B, 6.C and all derived subcategories) - about 30% of all Z280
2) the potential "DYS464a=13" branch (categories from 5.J to 5.N, including our 5.M6) - about 50% of Z280
3) the potential Carpathian branch (categories 5.O and 5.Q, plus possibly 5.P) - about 20% of Z280
The potential "DYS464a=13" branch, to which we both belong, is divided into many subclusters. It also encompasses three SNP-defined sub-branches, namely L365 (or 5.K), L366 (or 5.J3) and L784 (or 5.M2). Our cluster (5.M6) is a member of a broad category M (or 5.M, Northern) but please remember that this particular large grouping is net a very secure one (as it is not defined by any specific SNP marker) and we cannot be fully confident that 5.M6 is more closely related to 5.M1 or 5.M3 than it is to for example 5.J1, 5.K1, 5.L6 or 5.N. All we can say at the moment is that all haplotypes grouped in the 5.M6 cluster share a common ancestor and correspond to a separate sub-branch of Z280 that seems to be most closely related to other well-defined clusters from the broad category 5.M (Northern), including 5.M1, 5.M2, 5.M3, 5.M4 and 5.M5.
