e, da dodam - kolicine su neogranicene, sme se jesti samo ono sto je predvidjeno za taj dan (znaci nista hleb, voce, mleka, sokovi) i za 18 dana 8-12 kg manje. Obavezno uzimajte neki multivitamin. Ja sam smrsla 6 kila, ali i nisam imal nekog drasticnog viska

KEY POINTS!
• The key to success on Pre-Maintenance is advancing slowly, losing less than a pound each week for two to three months.
• Nothing will have a more significant effect on reducing your long-term risks for cardiovascular disease, hypertension and diabetes than maintaining a healthy weight.
• Increase daily carbohydrate intake by 10 grams per week so long as you continue to lose, adding new foods slowly and carefully.
• The line between gaining, maintaining and losing is a thin one, and you may have to "play" with your CCLL and CCLM for a while to understand what your body can handle.

Majo, narvno da ima ako pocnes da se prezderavas, kao i kod svake dijete, ukljucijuci i Un, Atkinsa, South Beach itd.

pa veruj mi osvestila sam se posle 5 godina.nikad nisam drzala dijetu tako uporno kao sada.prole godine pa sad.ma hocu da izgledam kao pre.nije da se hvalim ali stvarno sam bila dobra i ako sam kao devojka imala mozda 4-5kg vise.nikad nisam imala idealnu tezinu.ali to mi je bilo tako sexy!

Pajamaco, ja mislim da je najveci problem sto vecina ovih namirnica ne moze odmah da se nadje. Mozda bi trebalo samo postepeno uvoditi namirnice koje su ti do tada bile zabranjne (npr malo voca, integralni hleb i to ne svaki dan, ponekad nemasan jogurt) i potpuno izbaciti pekaru i slatkise. Tako sam ja bar radila i funkcionisalo je dok se nisam pustila sa lanca.
 
super izdrzavam sa dijetom.jeste da je tek treci dan ali obicno je kazu tesko prvih 6 dana.ne boli me glava za divno cudo jos.nego evo od one dijete kakvi su mi rezultati:er-3,96,le-7,hemoglobin-13,3 ali glikemija je 6,5.posto jos nisam bila kod doktorke moracu da ponovim kod prijateljice ponovo.ona ima taj aparat za secer
 
celih 600gr sam juce smrsala na aquagymu dosao neki novi trener totalni ludak jbt 1h nismo stale a on sadista:lol: kad neko zaostane on vice "ajde ajde ne zabusavaj kao tesko ti" inace se tesko znojim ali kad je pocelo lice da mi se znoji u bazenu :shock:
nista sad imam i upalu misica ali sam srecna
 
pa ja imam 5-6 viska ne moze bas da se vidi

ja se cak nisam puno ni gojila u trudnoci.u prvoj 15kg au drugoj 12 kg.ali nisam umela da povratim tezinu.pa dodje zima ja se ugojim 5-6kg dodje leto smrsam.i sve tako zadnjih 5 godina.sad bih volela da smrsam tih 8kg i da prestanem da kukam vise
 
e a ovi iz mediala (one proteinske kesice) me vec zvali da vide sta se desava,a ja samo kontaktirala mailom da se raspitam srecom nisam bila tu
kaze muz "dovoljno je da prdnes u njihovom smeru i vec ce te zvati da pitaju da nisi hteo nesto da kupis"
