Earlier, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov said that Kyiv should not comply with the Minsk agreements, because this will lead to the collapse of the country. The politician said that Ukraine was forced to sign them "at gunpoint", and now they are being forced to fulfill "impossible in advance" requirements.
