Iz Velike arkane si izvukao Svet (The World). To je poslednja karta Velike arkane, simbolizuje kraj Ludinog (Luda je prva karta, neizdiferencirano 0) putovanja, gde je identitet konačno stabilan, ujedinjenje svesnog i nesvesnog u jednu stabilnu celinu. Velika arkana prikazuje velike arhetipalne teme. Evo šta Svet znači po jungijanskom tumačenju:

'Symbolically this means that the self is now fully realized as an incorruptible entity. Regression is no longer possible. For this reason, the alchemists called the final stage of their process fixation. Here conscious and unconscious are united, and instinct and spirit flow together as one being whose awareness embraces and includes both.'

' Von Franz describes this beautifully when she says: “The experience of the Self brings a feeling of standing on solid ground inside oneself, on a patch of inner eternity which even physical death cannot touch.'

' Heretofore, the hero has had brief intimations of the self as the central guiding force of his journey. Now, in The World, the self stands completely revealed in an unforgettable way. When one has such a revelation, it effects a profound and permanent change. The result is not simply a further widening of the former personality – it is as if one were re-created as a wholly new being. From this moment forward, the self becomes a conscious, ever present reality, which Jung describes in this way:
Experiencing the self means that you are always conscious of your own identity. Then you know that you can never be anything other than yourself, that you can never lose yourself and never be alienated from yourself. This is because you know that the self is indestructible, that it is always one and the same, and cannot be dissolved and exchanged for anything else. The self enables you to remain the same through all conditions of your life.'

Iz Male arkane si izvukao Viteza mačeva (Knight of Swords). Mala arkana prikazuje sprcifičnije životne teme, teme svakodnevnice. U tarot špilovima klasičnijeg imaginarijuma od ovog koji ja koristim, Vitez mačeva je muškarac na propetom konju, koji drži mač visoko iznad svoje glave. Generalno predstavlja mladog muškarca (ili Animusa mlade žene) sa briljantnim umom, idejama kojima odlično intelektualno nadzire svet, ali mu treba ujedinjenje sa stazom srca, inače postoji opasnost da okošta u striktno intelektualnom pogledu na svet.

Evo šta Hodorovski kaže o Vitezu mačeva:

'On his armored horse and clad in armor and a helmet himself, this emissary of martial appearance, equipped with a sword as long as a lance, is setting off to go beyond thought. He is attempting to make the leap into the unknown. His intellect has experimented with both emptiness and silence. Having reached the stage beyond perfection, he is going back upon the way of love: henceforth he will travel only on those paths that have heart. He could be an intellectual who has become receptive to love or to the sacred, a man fighting for a spiritual cause who wants to bear testimony of it to the entire world, a prophet, the bearer of good news, the solution of a problem, or the end of a mental conflict.'
