Jeste falsifikat. Evo, razrešio sam misteriju:
5 Proofs That This Supposed Speech Is Fake: “Menachem Mendel Schneerson, the Chabad Leader and Messiah (the Lubavitcher Rebbe), was published in the Vologda newspaper ‘Slavyanin’, N-4 (32), 2001 in Russia”
An article is circulating online which claims that the now-deceased Lubavitcher Rebbe (Menachem Mendel Schneerson) gave a speech in 1994 outlining an elaborate set of goals aimed at destroying both Russia and Ukraine.
The claim makes no sense.
Proof 1. The supposed speech would have occurred on the same year as the Rabbi’s death and two years after his last public communications. Schneerson passed away in 1994 at the age of
92. He had a stroke in 1992 which left half his body paralyzed. His last speech was in the
Jewish year 5752, so sometime between 2001-2002. (See also
here.) His
last formal correspondence was sent in 1992.
Proof 2. The publication mentioned in the article, “Slavyanin,” is a blog, not a scholarly publication, and its earliest appearance is 2007. Here is how the publication looks
today in 2022. The most recent capture available online is from
2007. I cannot find this publication in a university library
database of Russian/Eastern European newspapers. There is no evidence I can find that such a publication ran an article on any subject, let alone this subject, in 2001.
Proof 3. Author “VF Popov” appears to be a scientist with only one article to his name, a scholarly publication called “
Prospects of Peat Development In The Arctic and Subarctic Zones of Russia.”

Proof 4. The Rebbe, as he was known, openly advocated that Israel should be militarily strong — as a preventive measure against aggression.
Here is a televised speech he made from 1975. It is captioned in English. There is nothing secret about his words; they are promoted publicly by Chabad in an enormous public database (Chabad.org and elsewhere) as part of mainstream Jewish religious and philosophical teachings.
When Chabad had a problem with Russia, as when its cultural artifacts were stolen, they
sued:
“After prolonged litigation in the United States, a federal court of appeals in Washington DC ruled in 2008 that American courts have jurisdiction over Chabad’s suit against the Russian Federation to recover its religious texts. This ruling may pave the way for the resolution of this dispute and also lead to the filing of other suits in American courts seeking to recover looted cultural property, even if that property is located outside U.S. borders.”

Proof 5. Regarding Ukraine, there are no Jews who advocate for its conquering or resettlement. Even the most aggressive Jewish settlers will tell you that their goal is limited to ensuring that the state of Israel exists within its Biblical boundaries.
This letter has all the markings of a sophisticated lie, along the lines of the “Protocols of the Elders of Zion,” “Psyop David Goldberg,” “Rabbi Abraham Finkelstein,” and others.
I am not here to tell you that Chabad is perfect. However, this particular speech was never given, and the supposed article about it is made up.

Dakle, o potpunoj krivotvorini koja mu je podmetnuta.
