The officials issue a work permit for 18 months as preparation for the exam. You have to
spend 6 months of this time in a department for internal medicine, another 6 months in surgery.
You can decide when you would like to do the exam during this year but they have long waiting
lists and you cannot apply before you have not finished your language courses. If you fail they
will give you an extension of your work permit until the next exam if you have time left with
your work permit. Doctors who applied for a work permit before April 1st 2012 receive a work permit until the end of their traineeship.
The exam is an oral exam and will take place with the “Landesprüfungsamt für Medizin,
Psychotherapie und Pharmazie”.

Concluding Remarks
The new law means that Saudi physicians who want to be trained like German doctors have to
fulfill the same requirements as German doctors. In case you fail the exam you will get detailed
information on how to improve so that you will get a fair chance to pass next time.
The great advantage of passing this exam is that it provides you with the same qualification and
rights than any German resident. The old working permit put many Saudi physicians in a
dependent position to the supervising professor which was often the reason why our scholarship
holders would not get the same challenging tasks as German doctors.
The second advantage is that after passing the exam you can work as a physician in any
German city and hospital without applying for a new work permit.

Hvala kolega gys na ovom postu, sigurno mnogima pomaže u tome, za koju pokrajinu se odlučiti. Ja slično rezimiranje po pokrajinama pokušavam da nađem već mesecima.
 
Hvala kolegi gys, ali ja sam blago receno zbunjena podatkom u vezi sa pokrajinom Sachsen...mislila sam da su tu "najnizi" kriterijumi, ipak je istocna Nemacka... ima li neko od kolega licno iskustvo, ili se bar seca da je ovde na forumu nasao nesto u vezi sa ovom pokrajinom? Ja sam sve iscitala, ali nesto se ne secam... Svaka info je dobrodosla...
 
Evo kako izgleda Kenntnisprufung po novom sistemu. Ja sam polozila u Baden-Wurttembergu, zvanicno se polazu interna i hirurgija sa aspektima farmakologije, radiologije, mikrobiologije, zastita od zracenja i pravna pitanja (mozda sam nesto i zaboravila), ali sustinski se zadrzavaju u okvirima interne. Prvi deo je bio anamneza i pregled pacijenta o cemu je trebalo pismeno sastaviti izvestaj koji obuhvata anamnezu, status, dijagnozu, prognozu i terapiju. Malo smo pricali na tu temu, i pitali su me pregled abdomena, palpaciju pulseva i tako nesto prakticno.
Drugi deo je bio usmeni, ispitivalo je njih troje - internista, hirurg i mikrobiolog. Svako od njih otprilike po 15 minuta, ukupno 45. Pitanja su, okvirno receno, bila TBC, Multirezistencija na antibiotike, Sarkoidoza, Holecisitis i Holelitijaza i jedan presek abdomena na CT-u gde se video Pneumoperitoneum. Bilo je vise u formi razgovora, prikaza slucaja i slicno, pa ne mogu ni da se setim sta je jos bilo pominjano. Bili su ljubazni, opusteni i hteli su da pomognu.
U B-W ispit moze da se polaze najvise tri puta. Sa mnom je bila jedna zena koja je prvi put pala jer je hirurg ispitivao detaljno savove i prelome. Izgleda da sve zavisi od komisije. Pozdrav!

S obzirom da je anestezija u pitanju, pretpostavljam da ces samo da 'njuskas', tj. gledas, i da je poziv u stvari da ti vidis da li ti se bolnica svidja/da li je to za tebe. Jedino sto ces mozda da radis, je kanulacija. drzanje maske za disanje i intubacija ako neko nema zube. Svejedno ce ti sve pokazati i objasniti kako se radi. Za sve ostale stvari u anesteziji je jednostavno potrebno provesti prilicno vremena u OP sali da mi mogla sama. Tako da, bez brige. Drzim palceve. Najbolji posao na svetu.

Ma kakv bre fijasko. Pazi, nemas cega da se plasis. Prvo, nece oni da zovu na hospitaciju od 5 dana tek onako. Znaju oni da ti nista ne znas ako drugacije u CV-ju ne pise. Bolnicama u malim gradicima se itekako isplati da nekog uce od nule, pogotovo iz inostranstva. jer mi zelimo TU da radimo. Neko u 4 godini specijalizacije nece da im dodje. Anestezija ti je jedini fah gde pocetnici mesecima nista ne rade sami. Sve je rutina, a za rutinu treba vremena. Ako te strah bas ne popusta, svrati do hitne ili gde si volontirala, bocni par puta, probaj da stavis neku kanilu. Procitaj sta je Maskenbeatmung, procitaj kako se intubira. Samo procitaj, nista napamet, da znas princip, sta je vazno. Isto i tzv. Pressure controlled ventilation i Volume controlled ventilation. Ako te strah BAS ne popusta, procitaj par opijata, misicne relaxante i hipnotike. Uzmi papiric, napisi doziranje tih desetak lekova, stavi u dzep i nauci napamet. Za sve to ti treba po sat vremena dnevno 3 dana i gotovo. Impresioniraces ih samo tako.

Mada ja i dalje mislim da nista od toga nije neophodno, ali eto, nece da skodi. Svi smo mi imali isti strah. Vugla rego.

Pitanja su, okvirno receno, bila TBC, Multirezistencija na antibiotike, Sarkoidoza, Holecisitis i Holelitijaza i jedan presek abdomena na CT-u gde se video Pneumoperitoneum. Bilo je vise u formi razgovora, prikaza slucaja i slicno, pa ne mogu ni da se setim sta je jos bilo pominjano. Bili su ljubazni, opusteni i hteli su da pomognu.
U B-W ispit moze da se polaze najvise tri puta. Sa mnom je bila jedna zena koja je prvi put pala jer je hirurg ispitivao detaljno savove i prelome. Izgleda da sve zavisi od komisije. Pozdrav!

Bice sve super, nemoj da brines! Ja kada sam dosla ovde imala sam osecaj da pojma nemam, a manuelno sam bila potpuno nesposobna. :) i to sam im otvoreno rekla.
Na to mi je sef rekao da ne brinem i da je sve lerbar :)
Mislim da je dovoljno da vide da si zainteresovana i spremna da radis a za ostalo ce se oni vec pobrinuti. ;)

Cao svima.Ja radim vec 15 meseci na psihijatriji u Niedersachsen.Jos u Januaru sam poslala zahtev za polaganje AProbacije ali termin jos nisam dobila.ako neko mozda zna koliko unapred te obaveste kad imas polaganje?Nisam skoro nista ucila a radim na psihijatriji gde skoro nikakve veze sa internom i hirurgijom nemam.hvala unapred.A inace moje iskustvo sa Nemcima je super .prva tri meseca nisam skoro nista radila samo slusala ali sam primala platu,nakon toga odmah dezurstva i to samo sa berufserlaubnisom.Inace jedina sam stranac na psihijatriji ali su svi prema meni ljubazni.Tako da svima zelim da porucim samo budite uporni i neka vide da se trudite!!!QUOTE=SalmanRushdie;28231864]dr.linica

Hvala puno,ovo stvarno znaci mom nikakvom samopouzdanju.Ja jesam zainteresovana i jko se radujem tom probnom radu.Samo se sada molim da ne upadne neki Nemac pa da sve propadne.A da nemam pojma,stvarno nemam.

Ma kakv bre fijasko. Pazi, nemas cega da se plasis. Prvo, nece oni da zovu na hospitaciju od 5 dana tek onako. Znaju oni da ti nista ne znas ako drugacije u CV-ju ne pise. Bolnicama u malim gradicima se itekako isplati da nekog uce od nule, pogotovo iz inostranstva. jer mi zelimo TU da radimo. Neko u 4 godini specijalizacije nece da im dodje. Anestezija ti je jedini fah gde pocetnici mesecima nista ne rade sami. Sve je rutina, a za rutinu treba vremena. Ako te strah bas ne popusta, svrati do hitne ili gde si volontirala, bocni par puta, probaj da stavis neku kanilu. Procitaj sta je Maskenbeatmung, procitaj kako se intubira. Samo procitaj, nista napamet, da znas princip, sta je vazno. Isto i tzv. Pressure controlled ventilation i Volume controlled ventilation. Ako te strah BAS ne popusta, procitaj par opijata, misicne relaxante i hipnotike. Uzmi papiric, napisi doziranje tih desetak lekova, stavi u dzep i nauci napamet. Za sve to ti treba po sat vremena dnevno 3 dana i gotovo. Impresioniraces ih samo tako.

Mada ja i dalje mislim da nista od toga nije neophodno, ali eto, nece da skodi. Svi smo mi imali isti strah. Vugla rego.
