Ovim putem hteo bih da se zahvalim ispred naseg kluba i svih ostalih klubova i pojedinaca koji su juce uzeli ucesce na rvackom treningu, nasem prijarelju i treneru rvanja Srdjanu Djokovicu na tome sto je podelio svoje vreme i znanje sa nama.

Sigurno je da smo imali mnogo toga novog nauciti i videti, i nadamo se da ce se saradnja nastaviti i u buduce.

Naravno da ima mesta, bice to pravi medjunarodni kurs :-) , Srbija, Svedska, Slovacka nadam se i Republika Srpska.
Bice dobrih treninga, ako dolazis u junu imacemo dosta vremena da treniramo zajedno i spremimo se za kurs, nadam se da ce i Frank Gotch stici u to vreme, a Murillo stize cini mi se pocetkom Jula.

Koristim priliku da najavim:

U periodu od 18 do 23 maja u Beogradu i Kuli ce gostovati Brazilac Leo Neves, BJJ crni pojas. Tom prilikom ce odrzati vise seminara, radice se gi i no gi.
Inace Leo slovi za jednog od najbolje tehnicki potkovanih trenera u Evropi.

Sam Leo je zajedno sa Minotaurom napustio Brazil za USa i dugo su ziveli zajedno dok Lea nije za Evropu dove jos jedan veliki BJJ sampion Leo Negao.

Ovo je izuzetna prilika za sve one koji hoce da unaprede svoj groun game (bilo da su bjj, judo, sambo, rvanje ili neki od udarackih sportova) da uzmu ucesce i rade sa jednim od najboljih trenera u Evropi.

After celebrating his victory at Pride Open Weight, held on last Friday (5), at Osaka Dome, Brazilian Rodrigo Nogueira Minotauro was found by Maxfighting crew at the hotel in Japan and conceded this exclusive by phone. He talked about the fight against Brazilian Zuluzinho, who he submitted him in early round 1 and his thoughts on the event. Now he is on the way to France, where on May 13, he will run few seminars in the country. After taking some time off, Rodrigo Minotauro returns to Brazil to intensify his trains. "I do respect all fighters in the competition, but I will take this title to Brazil and I will train hard to do it. This belt will be mine!" warns the BJJ black belt. Read the full interview below:

Max: Did you expect Brazilian Zuluzinho so aggressive like that?

Minotauro: No, he surprised me and gave no choices, but taking him down and do my game. I was planning exchanging a little bit on the feet, but he hit with a strong blow in my arm, which by the way is sore, and I used my Jiu-Jitsu to beat him.

Max: - He threw some heavy blows in the early seconds? If one hits you in the chin, the underdog would had win?

Minotauro: To he honest with you I train to protect myself and not be beaten, so there is no way out that blow would hit me in the chin. I wouldn't allow him to do it.

Max: Is it true DSE contacted Zuluzinho a week before the fight. You traveled to Japan without knowing who you'd fight with?

Minotauro: Yes, he popped up in the last minute. I would prefer not to fight a Brazilian as me, but I am a professional and I just did my job. Before Zuluzinho I tough I would fight an American wrestler, or Mark Coleman or even Brazilian Fabricio Werdum.

Max: What impressed you most during Pride Open Weight first round?

Minotauro: Hunt exchanged great punches and applied good take downs... he definitely has a dangerous game. In other hand, Josh Barnett also impressed me a lot because he was getting beat by Aleksander Emmelianenko and got recovered and won at the final. Werdum also showed a great heart during this first phase and might surprise at the second. But as I said at the show, I do respect all fighters in the competition, but I will take this title to Brazil and I will train hard to do it. This belt will be mine!

Max: Who would you like to fight in the second round?

Minotauro:- Whoever they put me with will be a great fight. As you could see, all matches of this first round was so disputed no one was decided by the referees or even reached the third round. But I think I would like to fight Yoshida or Josh Barnett, because both of them have a great ground skills and it would be a very technical fight on the ground and also with action on the feet.

Ma te rang liste su oduvek bile besmislene :lol: Pogotovo kad porede borce iz UFC i Pride, koji se nikad nisu borili, stvarno bih voleo da vidim po kojem kriterijumu to rade. Tim Sylvia ispred Mirka Filipovica, Chuck Liddell ispred W. Silve, Shoguna, Arone, Minotora, Rampage-a... :?
 
The Chute Boxe Academy, one of the most important Academies of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) around the World will make its first FIGHTCAMP in JULY, providing the interchange for some foreign athletes and fans that want to train and learn with qualified masters and professional athletes of high performance.

The Program will take place from 15th until 30th of July in Curitiba, the Academy hometown. The participants will have all the support for lodging, feeding, translator and all the necessary assistance, besides the chance to explore the experience of the main Masters of the Academy: Rudimar Fedrigo and Rafael Cordeiro (Muay Thai and MMA), Nino Schembri and Cristiano Marcelo (Jiu Jitsu) among others.

Some lessons will be shared with the Professional Fight Team, an unique opportunity to train with Wanderlei Silva, Mauricio Shogun, Murilo Ninja, Evangelista Cyborg and so many others professional fighters. The complete schedule will be announced in the next few days.

Commentary of Rudimar Fedrigo: “We are making through an old dream that is to open the Academy for foreigners who want to train with us; we’ve been receiving innumerable requests around the World. I am proud of being able to show the professionalism level that we’ve reached. Who knows we can find a new fighter that tomorrow can be part of the Team? I strongly believe in this interchange”.

Rafael Cordeiro: “In the World of the MMA the development of technique is very important considering the high level that the Sport reached. We want to offer the chances for those are looking for a professional development and we also want to take care of MMA fans that want to have contact with the Academy”.
 
Jedna odlicna vest: :-D

Nas Bograta2 je ovog vikenda na Kaisho Challeng BJJ Cup-u u Svedskoj, Helsinborg, postigao izuzetan rezultat!

Naime on je u kategoriji plavih pojaseva, apsolutna kategorija zauzeo odlicno 2 mesto Sve cestitke Bogratu2 na ovom izuzetnom rezultatu, iako on vec neko duze vreme ne trenira u kimonu.
Prvo mesto u njegovoj kategoriji je uzeo jos jedan Shooter, tako da su medalje u timu.

Odlicna vest je i da je Martin Jansen, Bogratov2 SW trener u SE u kategoriji ljubicastih pojaseva, apsolutna kategorija zauzeo prvo mesto ! :D

Week 8 :

08.05.2006. Monday

What a beautiful day! Sun was shining, everything was blooming and the life cycle was repeating itself.

I decided to rest and use this day to walk around Gothenburg.

09.05 – 11.05 Tuesday – Thursday

Training as usual.

12.05.2006. Friday

Martin Janson, Ingrid Ekenberg, Örjan and Anton(two guys from Martin's academy in Stenungsund) and I went to Helsingborg for a BJJ competition(Kaisho Cup).
We visited Kaisho academy and Martin held training for the kids there. The academy looked great.

We settled in a hostel and rested for the tomorrow's competition.

13.05.2006. Saturday

Ingrid won a bronze medal in the white belt division (-64kg), Martin won the gold medal in the purple belt - absolute division and I won one and lost one(won by armbar and lost on points) in the 88 kg for blue belts and took the silver in the blue belt – absolute division. I had 6 fights(2 in 88 kg and 4 in absolute).

In the 88 kg for blue belts I lost my second fight on points and after seeing Martin fight smart(not taking unnecessary risks and wining on points) I decided to to fight more conservatively in the absolute division.
That payed off and I got into the finals by throwing(that scored me points) and stalling in the opponent's guards. I might have been able to finish some of the guys i fought but didn't want to risk it. In the finals I got caught in the armbar by Johnny Larsson from Kaisho.

The organization of the tournament was generally good but I didn't like 2 things :

Interlocking puzzle mats that are not suitable for grappling competitions. People can get hurt when falling. They should have used thicker Judo mats.

Strange(to put it lightly) weigh-in protocol. We had to weigh-in in a gi just before a fight. They should have allowed us to weigh-in at least 2 hours before a competition and without a gi of course.


Many people that applied for the absolute divisions left before the absolutes begun because the competition lasted too long and they decided they had enough. I never saw that kind of behaviour in Judo competitions.

After the competition we had a few beers and relaxed. Helsingborg is very beautiful and I would like to visit it again and take my time exploring it.

14.05.2006. Sunday

Sunday was reserved for white belts and black(put together with brown) belts.

The black belt division consisted of 4 guys from Edson Carvalho team, Leo Neves and a guy that is not familiar to me.

I didn't like that the guys from Edson Carvalho team didn't want to fight each other so Bruno Carvalho advanced to the final without fighting. On the other hand Leo Neves defeated 2 guys from Edson Carvalho team and in the final lost to Bruno who choked him out. In the previous fights Leo showed high degree of skill and won one fight on points and the other by submission(choke).

I also didn't like that the Brazilian referee talked with some of the people in the audience while he refereed a fight in a black belt division. I don't understand Portuguese but it was obvious that he was explaining his decisions to some of the Brazilian spectators. I think that kind of behaviour is very inappropriate.

When the competition ended we returned to Gothenburg.
 
Evo i nekih inside informacija :

Prvo o EVT-u.

Posle EVT-a i pobede Augusta Wallena nad Paulo Boiko-m Mario Sperry je nazvao Augusta(pre nego sto se Paulo Boiko vratio za Brazil) i trazio revans. Sperry bi zeleo da August radi revans sa nekim nerangiranim borcem iz BTT-a. Brazilski ponos je povredjen. Sigurno su mislili da ce Boiko da prodje kroz Augusta i nisu se nadali ovakvom ishodu.
August je stava da posto je pobedio ucenika red je da se ucitalj(Murillo Bustamante) bori sa njim(ukoliko hoce revans). Naravno Bustamante nikada ne bi prihvatio mec sa Augustom jer ima previse da izgubi i ne bi dobio mnogo novca za isti(ako bi se mec odrzao u Svedskoj).

A sad i o Kaisho kupu.

Mnogima je bilo cudno to sto se Leo Neves na internetu prijavio kao braon pojas za takmicenje. Mislio sam da je to neka greska dok ga nisam video da nosi braon pojas na takmicenju.
Kada sam ga pitao o cemu se radi rakao mi je da ga je Federacija "razalovala" na braon pojas u trajanju od 2 godine jer je napravio neko sranje.
Nije mi rekao sta je u pitanju ali vi mozete da ga pitate kada dodje.

Kao sto znate Randelman se nemoze takmiciti protiv Belforta 9 juna zbog povrede. Zamenjuje ga Alistair Overeem. Zadnji put kad su se ova dvojca borili Alistair je izasao kao pobednik, sta mislite kakav ce rezultat biti ovog puta :?:

Rekli su da bi mozda dobili neke neprijatelje ukoliko bi objavili neke stvari koje sam napisao. Nikoga nisam vredjao vec kritikovao.

Izbacili su deo u kome sam kritikovao ponasanje jednog od sudija za vreme meca(objasnjavao je nekome iz publike zasto je dosudio to sto je dosudio) i takoodje sam kritikovao Edson Carvalho tim zato sto nisu hteli da se bore izmedju sebe.

A modifikovali su moje vidjenje protokola merenja i strunjaca na kojima smo se takmicili.


Misljenja sam da je Svedjanima izuzetno stalo sta drugi misle o njima i da se ne konfrontiraju previse. To mi je i rekao moj drug iz Borasa(inace clan Svedskog Judo tima) koga to nervira.

Mislim da je sukob misljenja pozetivna stvar i da vodi napretku.

Kao sto znate Randelman se nemoze takmiciti protiv Belforta 9 juna zbog povrede. Zamenjuje ga Alistair Overeem. Zadnji put kad su se ova dvojca borili Alistair je izasao kao pobednik, sta mislite kakav ce rezultat biti ovog puta :?:

Na zalost, ne :-( Malo mi je trebalo vremena da odgovorim, majski rok je u toku, ali se bar zavrsio uspesno po mene :D

Btw. u subotu, 20.5, nesto posle ponoci, na Eurosportu ce biti prikazan neki Pride turnir, ne pise koji.
I jos samo jedna informacija za one koji ne znaju, Fjodor je zbog povrede definitivno odustao od Openweight Pride Grand Prix-a, a umesto njega je ushao Wanderlei Silva. Mirko Filipovic, koji jos od prosle godine vuce povredu stopala, takodje se zali na povredu ( naprsnuce kosti levog stopala ), i cak postoji mogucnost da odustane od GP-a, iako je rekao da ce uciniti sve da ucestvuje. Dakle, Crocop nastavlja ucesce bez high kick-a :?
 
I ja tipujem na Alistera ali sa Belfortom se nikada ne zna. Eksplozivan je i odlicno boksuje tako da jedan udarac moze sve da resi.

Zao mi je sto Fjodor ne ucestvuje ali mi je izuzetno drago sto Silva ucestvuje. Nadam se da ce Filipovic biti dovoljno zdrav da nastupi. Voleo bih da vidim mec Silva-Filipovic 2 i nadam se da ce ga Silva prebiti. Ukoliko dodje do meca nece biti posebnih pravila kao prosli put(5x3minuta i nereseno u slucaju da niko nikoga ne nokautira ili zavrsi) i mislim da ce Silva pobediti. Prva runda je 10 minuta i Silvi kondicija nikada nije bila problem a Filipovicu jeste.

Zao mi je sto je Kosaka izgubio od Hunt-a posto je stvarno dao sve od sebe i zaista dokazao da moze da se bori sa najboljima. Mozda je u jednom trenutku i mogao da zavrsi Hunt-a.

Za mene je ulaskom Silve umesto Fjodora ovaj Grand Prix postao zanimljiviji nego sto je bio. On je mozda i najinteresantnija pojava u Pride-u. Zlobnici su pricali da je svoju karijeru u Pride-u izgradio boreci se sa japanskim borcima laksim od sebe - bice interesantno videti kako ce sada proci u okrsaju sa tezim i snaznijim protivnicima. Borbe sa Huntom i Aronom su pokazale da ima razloga za zabrinutost. Yoshidu sigurno nece dobiti, a imam utisak da ce ga progurati u polufinale kroz borbu sa Fujitom. Silva mi se inace ne dopada kao chovek, i ako bude imao revans sa Mirkom, nadam se da ce ga izgubiti nokautom, a ne na decision.

Zao mi je sto je Kosaka izgubio od Hunt-a posto je stvarno dao sve od sebe i zaista dokazao da moze da se bori sa najboljima. Mozda je u jednom trenutku i mogao da zavrsi Hunt-a.

Koshaka je strashan borac. Gledao sam onaj njegov interview na US PPV pre meca i jako mi se dopada kako razmislja.
Sto se tice samog meca, fantastican mec, ali mozda su ga morali prekinuti ranije u drugoj rundi.
