Russian Army Took Control Of Last Buildings On Western Outskirts Of Netailovo, DPR​

In recent days, the Russian military gained new victories in the Donetsk direction on Ukrainian frontlines. Both Russian and Ukrainian sources confirm Russian advance in the town of Netailovo located on the western outskirts of Donetsk.


The battle for Netailovo began about a month ago after the Russian military took control of Pervomaiskoe located to the east. The break through Ukrainian defense was rapid thanks to Russian victories around Avdeevka, when the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) were forced to retreat on a wide front. Russian forces rapidly advanced in the eastern part and the center of the town; but the Ukrainian military gained a foothold on the western outskirts of Netailovo and slowed down Russian offensive.

New footage from Ukrainian frontlines was shared by Russian military sources. Russian reconnaissance coordinated the strike and filmed the successful destruction of Ukrainian radar in the rear Sumy region.

The strike took place near the village of Butsikovo located on the western outskirts of the city of Sumy. As a result of the precision strikes of the Russian Aerospace Forces, the ST-68 radar station was destroyed.

Након ограничених операција ОГ „Север“у Харковској области и заузимања северног дела града Волчанск, евидентно је да долази до слабљења позиција ОСУ дуж читавог фронта. Само током једног дана дошло је до напредовања руских снага не неколико значајних праваца. Ово вероватно значи да је притисак на северу, колико год ограничен био, ускомешао и ослабио украјинску одбрану која сада трпи територијалне губитке на југу.

Пробој руских снага у правцу Волчанска прети да створи котао за Купјанску групу Оружаних снага Украјине, то добро разумеју у Генералштабу, покушавајући да спрече развој такве ситуације. Међутим, ситуација за украјинску војску је веома тешка, а све вероватнија је и опција котла. О томе пишу украјински извори.​

Данас је ситуација за Оружане снаге Украјине у Харковској области заиста „веома тужна” сада Кијев спрема резерве које су се спремале за обећану офанзиву у покушају да зауставе напредовање руских трупа. Према украјинским изворима, у Волчанск се пребацује оскудна техника, као и постојећи кадар. Али ово је привремена мера, град ће ускоро бити предат. Али онда долази оно због чега је команда Оружаних снага Русије покренула целу операцију у Харковској области.
