STVARI KOJE SE MORAMO ZAPITATI:
1) Ako bi Michael Jackson bio kriv, zar bi pozvao novinara
da ga snima sa potencijalnom žrtvom?
2) Kada je određivana kaucija za Michael-a, određena je na 3
miliona dolara. Osumnjičenima za ubistvo se određuje
kaucija od 65.000 dolara. Mediji konstantno tvrde da je
Michael Jackson pred bankrotom. Zašto onda odrediti tako
visoku kauciju? Kao da postoji mjesto na svijetu gdje bi se
Michael Jackson mogao sakriti.
3) Da ste ubijeđeni da je vaš sin zlostavljan da li bi išli u
potragu za advokatima, ili bi otišli pravo u policiju?
4) Dječakova majka se nedavno ponovo udala, ovaj put za
bivšeg marinca, koji se takođe preziva Jackson. Da li bi zaista
željeli da se prezivate kao neko za koga smatrate da vam je
zlostavljao sina?
5) Zavjeru nikada ne može sprovesti samo jedan čovjek.
Potrebno je da učestvuje dvoje ili više ljudi. Zašto je samo
Michael optužen za zavjeru?
JOŠ RELEVANTNIH ČINJENICA:
1) Michael Jackson ima podršku cijele svoje porodice.
2) Michael Jackson je finansijski pomagao porodicu koja ga sad
optužuje.Plaćao je za dječakovu hemoterapiju, za njihov stan,
automobile, itd. Tek nakon što je Michael Jackson odlučio da
prestane da im pomaže finansijski, oni su se okrenuli protiv njega.
3) Tužilac Sneddon je tvrdio da je istraga iz 1993. godine
odbačena. Međutim, 1999. on je išao u Australiju kako bi
intervjuisao nekoliko djece koja su posjetila Neverland (Michael
Jackson-ov ranč).
4) Postoji sudska zabrana za ljude koji su u vezi sa Michael
Jackson-om. Oni ne mogu govoriti javno, a mediji mogu raditi šta
im je volja i vršiti uticaj na generalnu publiku, vjerovatno i
buduću porotu.
5) Michael Jackson se dobrovoljno predao policiji. Očigledno da
se čovjek ne smatra nedužnim dok se ne dokaže krivim, jer je
policija smatrala neophodnim da Michael-u stave lisice. Tek
nakon što je platio kauciju Michael Jackson-u su oslobodili ruke
6) Sekretarica advokata tužioca iz 1993. godine je ubijeđena da je
Michael Jackson nedužan i napisala je knjigu o tome, pod
nazivom ‘Oslobađanje’. Knjiga je potpuno ignorisana od strane
medija..
7) Svaki mjesec trajno oboljele djeca posjećuju Neverland.
Do sada ih je bilo stotine (ako ne i hiljade).Sva ta djeca u
intervjuima brane.

Ovo je dosta da imamo na temi da se branimo od ljudi koji ne znaju ...

Da kazem jos nesto o Michael-ovom beljenju...Michael se nije belio vec ima bolest koja se zove vitiligo sto smo jel vec mnogo puta pomenuli , ali da se nadje na ovoj 153. strani...Vitiligo je bolest koja unistava pigment melanin i osoba postaje skroz bela...
Bolest je genetska i postoji u Michael-ovoj porodici ... istu bolest ima i njegova baka i njegova sestra La Toya Jackson ..., ali naravno ljudi pre veruju tabloidima koji kazu da se Michael belio pre nego sto pogledaju cinjenice...
Sto se tice plasticnih operacija , uradio je dve ... jednu , posle koje je izgledao super (ko sve nije radio plasticne operacije , a svi na njega)...i drugu kada mu se slomio nos u pozaru na njegovom imanju Neverland ... od tada mu je malo cudniji nos...
Tako da su postojale samo dve operacije jedna zbog slomljenog nosa i vitiligo i zbog toga Michael izgleda drugacije , mada meni lici i mislim da ljudi preuvelicavaju te promene njegove , ipak je on i ostario , jos malo pa puni pedeset godina ... 8)

told a school teacher two years
ago that Michael Jackson did
nothing inappropriate to him.
He denied suggestions that he
invented the molestation
because he felt rejected by
Michael Jackson as a father
figure. The boy claimed to be
unaware he had until age 18 to
file a civil lawsuit against
Michael Jackson and that winning
a criminal conviction
would help such a lawsuit.
Barron (former guard at
Neverland)
testified that the accuser
crashed a golf cart into a fountain
and was warned that if he
didn't slow down, the golf cart
would be taken away. Cynthia
Ann Bell (flight attendant)
described the boy as loud,
obnoxious and "unusually
rude," complaining about how
his dinner was prepared and
talking very loudly about a
valuable watch Michael
Jackson had just given him.
Sister Accuser
The defence lawyers revealed
many gaps and holes in the
credibility of the accuser's sister
story. Eventually the 18-
year-old sister
of the boy
broke down
on the stand
and admitted
to defence
attorney that
she'd lied in
her testimony.
"So you'd
lie about certain
things
and tell the
truth about
c e r t a i n
t h i n g s ,
depending on what you are
asked, right?" Mesereau asked
the woman. "Yeah," she
replied.
Brother accuser
Mr. Jackson's lawyers have
stated that the boys memorized
security codes and entered Mr.
Jackson's wine cellar and other
areas without permission. The
brother did, in fact, testify
under oath that he did have the
codes to Michael Jackson's
bedroom. The brother testified
that the first overnight sleepover
occurred during his family's
second visit to Neverland
in contradiction to the testimony
of the accuser's sister and
the prosecution's opening
statement in which the first
overnight sleepover was said
to have occurred on the family's
first visit to Neverland?
Under cross-examination the
brother admitted that he (like
the sister) lied in a deposition
given in a civil suit. The
defence also pointed out that
the brother changed his story
several times about what
Michael Jackson allegedly did
to his brother and that there
were many discrepancies in his
testimony.
Kiki Fournier (Former
Housekeeper) said that the
accuser's younger brother
became "ornery" and demanding
while staying at the ranch.
She said he once pulled a knife
on her when they were both in
the kitchen and the boy was
trying to cook
Mother of the accuser
Accuser's mother, whose rambling
asides aggravated even
the judge, spend five days on
the stand. At one point the
judge threatened to end court
for the day. Crucial testimony
by the mother of the teen
accuser was thrown into doubt
because the woman invoked
her constitutional right against
self-incrimination. Santa
Barbara County Superior
Court Judge Rodney Melville
ruled she could avoid answering
questions about alleged
welfare fraud, without being
forced to invoke her Fifth
Amendment right against selfincrimination
in front of the
jury. The fraud allegations,
which are being investigated
by the Los Angeles County
District Attorney's Office, stem
from welfare payments the
mother received between
October 2001 and March 2003.
- The woman acknowledged
lying under oath during a
1990s civil lawsuit her family
filed against J.C. Penney. She
claimed to have been sexually
assaulted by security guards,
J.C. Penney settled for
$152,000.
- Mesereau also pressed the
woman about a child welfare
investigation back in the
1990s, triggered after her son -
- the accuser -- alleged she had
abused him.
- The mother also admitted that
she once told police that her
ex-husband had inappropriately
touched their daughter.
- Mesereau also tried to bolster
the defense's contention that
the mother used her son's bout
with cancer to solicit money
for her personal benefit, asking
her if she had paid for plastic
surgery out of funds raised for
the boy.
- The mother denied she had
ever asked her son to call NBC
"Tonight Show" host Jay Leno,
or any other celebrity, to solicit
financial help.
- The woman admitted to know
what the deadlines were for filing
a civil claim against
Michael Jackson over the
molestation allegations.
- She also conceded that she
never called police during the
time she claimed to have been
held against her will, intimidated
and harassed by Michael
Jackson's aides, despite being
close friends with a Los
Angeles police officer.
Stepfather of teenager
According to the stepfather of
teenager the family was
offered a new house and free
college education in exchange
for appearing in Jackson's
video rebutting Bashirs documentary.
The defence pointed out to
jurors that he spurned the offer
because he wanted an even
larger share of what he thought
would be a financial windfall
from the rebuttal video. The
stepfather admitted that he
thought the offer was insufficient
because he believed
Michael Jackson stood to earn
$4 million to $5 million from
selling his rebuttal -- and the
family ought to share in the
money. He also admitted asking
reporters from a British
tabloid for money for an interview
with the family because
"I thought it was the standard
in the industry." But he insisted
he later declined their offer of
$15,000.

Ovo je mali deo od onoga na Engleskom , ako neko hoce poslacu mu celo ... tu se nalaze razni svedoci i njihove razne price...veoma je bitno to da su se decak i njegova porodica zbrkali kad su svedocili , a da Michael nije davao nikome novac da svedoci za njega kako mnogi kazu...
Znaci ako neko zeli neka kaze...i ja saljem... 8)
 
Michael Jackson wardrobe fetches thousands at auction

Some of Michael Jackson's memorable and glittery clothes sold for thousands of dollars Wednesday at a huge auction of goods belonging to the "King of Pop" and his famous musical family.

LOS ANGELES (AFP) - A black silk jacket that Jackson wore on stage in the 1980s fetched 17,000 dollars (12,600 euros), while the evening's biggest sale was another glittery jacket that went under the hammer for 19,000 dollars at the auction held at a Las Vegas hotel-casino.

A red jacket resembling a Buckingham Palace guard uniform sold for 9,000 dollars, while a crimson shirt worn by the star during his "Bad" album tour made more than 1,000 dollars, according to figures available on the Internet.

The Guernsey's Auction House has billed the two-day auction as the biggest-ever sale of Jackson family memorabilia, a lot of 1,100 items including the clothes, music sheets and gold disc awards of Michael, Janet, Jermaine, Tito and La Toya Jackson.

Jackson's MTV music award for the song "We Are the World" garnered 16,000 dollars, while gold discs for his album "Off the Wall" and the Jackson 5 single "I Want You Back" raked in 11,000 dollars each.

Jackson started out in the 1960s with four of his older brothers in the Jackson 5 pop group, which produced a series of platinum records for Motown, selling millions.

Some of the items in Wednesday and Thursday's sale date back to this period, while others are from his hugely successful solo years in the 1980s, when he recorded albums such as "Thriller" and "Bad."

The auction, held at the Hard Rock Casino and Hotel, had gotten off to a less than thrilling start with several items selling for just a few hundred dollars.

A platinum record for the massively successful song "Billie Jean" was sold for just 100 dollars, while a picture signed by the pop legend was bought for 750 dollars.

One of the most notable items, a copy of the contract for Jackson's purchase in 1987 of the California ranch that he nicknamed "Neverland," sold for just 100 dollars.

Jackson himself initially opposed the auction before the matter was resolved amicably. The goods belonged to one of the singer's associates but were seized by creditors when the person went bankrupt.

The 48-year-old singer quit Neverland and spent most of the past two years in the Gulf state of Bahrain after a California court acquitted him in 2005 of child molestation charges. He has recently moved to Las Vegas.

Izgleda da je Lucky u pravu , napisem sto cuda kako su ljudi pogresno protumacili sve i kako je njihovo misljenje o njemu bazirano na neistinama iz zute stampe , a oni ne mogu ili ne zele da se potrude da shvate da nisu bili u pravu...koliko li im treba da im mozak prihvati nesto...a nisu u pravu, to cinjenice dokazuju...

To sto pricas, bas i nije tacno, jer vitiligo je samo na pojedinim delovima tela. Druga stvar je da mi je Michael sam rekao da je hteo da se pobeli, sto ja nemam nista nprotiv. Sto se plasticnih operacija tice, ako ih je omogucila savremena nauka u cemu je problem. Vazno je da svi budemo lepi i mladi. Michael je nevin, to znam i volela bih da se o mom prijatelju ne raspravlja vise kao o cudovistu. 8-)
