Ana, moraću da te ''razočaram''... nisi jedina devojka koja se raspituje ;)

Što se tiče Krav Mage u Crnoj Gori, postoji ideja da se ovog leta organizuje neki vid seminara-radionice, mada se jos uvek nista ne zna konkretno. U svakom slučaju, čim bude nekih preciznijih inofrmacija o tome, biće objavljene ovde na forumu, a i na sajtu www.krav-maga.org.yu.

Ima mnogo devojaka koje se interesuju za Krav Maga, tako da cemo morati poduzeti nesto po tom pitanju :-D

Sto se tice Crne Gore u planu je jedan seminar, nadam se u skorasnje vreme u Podgorici, kao i jedna KM radionica na leto, na Crnogorskom primorju.

Sigurno ces biti obavestena kada saznamo konkretne informacije.

Do tada nas prati ovde ili na nasem forumu.

13.04.07. KRAV MAGA SEMINAR - VIP protection - Budimpešta - poseta studenata fakulteta Bezbednosti

Povod za ovu posetu bio je početak saradnje IKMF - Srbija i studenata fakulteta Bezbednosti. Put Mađarske krenuli su direktor IKMF - Srbija, gospodin Jovan Manojlović i dvojica studenata FB-a.

Tokom posete, studenti su imali priliku da se upoznaju i razgovaraju sa instruktorima iz Mađarske, kao i sa izraelskim instruktorom Krav Mage Tamirom, koji je vodio ovaj seminar koji je počeo 11.5 i trajaće do 15.5., a održava se u okviru Policijske Akademije.

3. dan seminara je počeo sa radom u sali. Intenzivno se radilo na savladavanju tehnika odbrane štićenog lica od različitih vrsta napada, kao i kretanje sa štićenim licem. Nakon kraće pauze prešlo se na rad na otvorenom. Tom prilikom simulirane su različite situacije od bezazlenih, u kojima je štićenom licu prilazio novinar, pa sve do situacije napada pomahnitalog napadača. Tokom vežbe polaznici su imali punu slobodu kretanja, što je dodatno doprinelo realnosti. Za kraj trećeg dana ostavljen je rad u zatvorenom prostoru i za to je idealno iskorićena napuštena zgrada sa velikim brojem soba. Da se vodi računa o svakom detalju, govori podatak da su polaznici pre početka simulacije morali da obiđu celu zgradu i da obrate pažnju na mnoge detalje, kao npr. kakav je prilaz objektu, koliko ima soba, gde može oružje da se sakrije, koliko postoji ulaza u objekat... Tokom ove vežbe i studenti FB-a su imali priliku da se pokažu u ulozi zaštite VIP-a.

Pred polazak za Beograd, obavljen je i razgovor sa direktorom IKMF - Mađarska, gospodinom Peterom Lakatošem, koji je pozdravio ideju saradnje strudenata FB-a i IKMF-a.

Contact Combat – Krav Maga

While the CT School shooting training and the CQB training are the fun parts of the CT
course. The hard part and the part that gave the CT course its infamous reputation is the Contact Combat training.

Contact Combat (Krav Maga) in Hebrew, is the Israeli SF marital art technique. It was developed and refined throughout the 1970's for and by Israeli SF. Unlike other commonly used martial arts, Contact Combat isn't built around an oriental harmony philosophy of some sort. Instead it's a brutal non-nonsense highly effective technique that combines all the nasty elements found in other martial arts. The Contact Combat state is reflects aggressiveness and decisiveness, and with but one goal in mind - to quickly disarm and incapacitate the enemy by all means necessary.

In the CT school, the Contact Combat training is integrated in the CT course and are on a
daily bases. The CT schools Contact Combat training are made of two types:

- Lessons which teach basic teachings.

- Aggressiveness Training which has dual roles - to boost up the soldiers aggressive nature, and to train the soldiers in absorbing and sustaining heavy beating (Absorption Training).

Various drills are used in the Contact Combat lessons to encounter the student with violent situations, in which he must demonstrate brutal aggressiveness in order to prevail. For example, one such drill known as the "Death Row" involves one soldier which is standing at one end of the room, and he have to get to the other side of the room with a line of other soldiers standing in the way, so he must literally go through them. The other soldiers' role is of course to prevent that individual soldier from achieving his goal.

Another such drill is the "Ring”, which is made of a group of soldiers standing in circle facing each other. Then at the instructor's order each soldier must go in straight line
directly to the soldier in front of him. Since all the soldiers in the circle are doing the same thing simultaneously, this drill involves massive beating from all sides.

In the absorption training the drills are much more simplified and basically involved a soldier in a certain position, with several instructors beating the crap out of him. For example a basic such drill involve one student standing a firing position with several instructors beating him with kicks and punches from all sides. Through out the drill the student must maintain a stable firing position as possible.

Another even more notorious example involves a soldier laying on the ground, face up, with his hands behind his neck so his entire body is exposed. Then an instructor comes to the student and strongly kicks him in the stomach. The student must then say his personal details as clearly and quickly as possible. If the soldier doesn't say his personal details fast or clear enough he is punished by another kick to his stomach, until he does it right.

Note: due the numerous injuries that occurred over the years during absorption training, currently it's done only in the CT Instructors course and not in the Takeover or Engagement units CT courses. However, the SF units are still practicing this kind of training in their own bases before attending the course.

All this training mentioned above takes place during the week, while in the end of the week there are one on one combats, done between personal from various courses. Since each unit usually participate in a course of its own, the instructors deliberately chose the two combat participants from two different courses so the soldiers won't be clouded by non relevant emotions effecting their aggressiveness, since they have to fight against fellow team mates.
Moreover, since the two combat's participants are from two different courses hence from two different units, each soldier wants to prove his unit is the toughest one. So often the combats are much more brutal then they should be under normal conditions. The fact that the combats are held in a tournament style with both courses personal standing on either the sides of the fight cheering up the combatants, doesn't help to reduce the level of violence either.

With two combatants each from a different unit, the combats, which are held at the end of the weeks, are very brutal.

This Contact Combat training are what make the CT course the hard course that it is, to a point that the CT course is consider in many SF units to be the hardest part of their training regime, both mentally and physically wise. Therefore most units usually spend few weeks before the course in preparing for it, mainly be enhance Contact Combat training.

As a result, units with influence in the IDF have largely moderated the Contact Combat training in their CT course, and usually make the Contact Combat training a later stage with the unit's own and more careful instructors.

Poseta studenata Fakulteta Bezbednosti strelištu MUŠ

U Petak dana 01. Juna, IKMF Srbije je organizovao grupnu posetu studenate Fakulteta Bezbednosti koji treniraju Krav Magu, Klubu strelaca MUŠ.

Cilj ove posete je bio da se studenti FB-a što bliže upoznaju sa vatrenim oružjem, kao i bezbednim rukovanjem istog. Održano je teorijsko i praktično predavanje u trajanju od sat i po, prilikom kojeg se instruktor Petar Pantić potrudio da što detaljnije objasni sve bitne činjenice kao i da razjasni eventualne nedoumice koje su studenti imali u vezi sa namenom, upotrebom kao i samim rukovanjem vatrenim oružjem.

Po završenom teorijskom predavanju, studenti su imali, izuzetnu čast da i praktično na delu vide jednog od naših najboljih instruktora i takmičara, gospodina Ljubišu Momčilovića, inače prvaka Srbije u praktičnom streljaštvu - IPSC - (International Practical Shooting Confederation), koji je na izuzetan način prezentovao vrhunsku tehniku kada je u pitanju rukovanje vatrenim oružjem, počevši od hvata, nišanjenja, prenošenja nišanske tačke, zamene okvira, gađanje u bližu i dalju metu, korišćenje zaklona itd.
Nakon toga, studenti su se i sami oprobali u gađanju vatrenim oružjem, pri čemu je korišteno naoružanje domaće proizvodnje CZ 99, a gadjane su papirne mete (siluete)

U Hrvatskoj su Shooteri postigli odlican rezultat. Sto se tice Krav Mage na amaterskom UF je radio Aca P1 (prvi ucenicki stepen) sa KM-a. Aca trenira samo nekoliko meseci KM a izasao je na UF. U veoma zanimljivoj borbi je izgubio od decka, koji je posle bio prvak u kategoriji.
Ja sam zadovoljan prikazanim, narocito sto Aca nista pre Krav Mage nije trenirao, i sto je jos bitnije celo iskustvo je shvatio pozitivno i radice ponovo UF meceve :)

Nisam neki fan, no dobro. Pitao sam te za one sparinge gore, koji deluju ok, pa sam te pitao o cemu se radi

Freelenderu, sto se tice tvojih pitanja, zanima me koji su tvoji motivi posecivanja ove teme, posto vidim da na drugim temama nemas bas neke lepe izraze za KM.

Cini mi se da ti posecujes ovaj topik samo iz nekih licnih pobuda, a ne sto te iskreno zanima KM, tako da ces tesko od mene dobiti neki odgovor, jer smatram da nisi ozbiljan u svojim namerama, ili su ti namere pogresne.

Inemam nameru da sirim raspravu sa tobom.

Dana 09. i 10. Juna, u Budimpešti je održan Urban Tactical seminar. Na seminaru je glavni predavač bio Peter Lakatos Krav Maga Instruktor i direktor Madjarskog IKMF-a.

Na seminaru je tokom 2 dana obradjivana tema upotrebe Krav Mage u savremenom urbanom okruženju. Održavani su treninzi na otvorenom prostoru, rad u zatvorenom ograničenom prostoru, CQB-u, osnove VIP zastite sa upotrebom Airsoft pištolja.

Posebno zanimljiv je bio deo obuke upotrebe Krav Mage u prevoznom sredstvu, u ovom slučaju autobusu. Prikazane su i odradjene neke specifičnosti rada u na više načina ograničenom prostoru, kada je pri tome prevozno sredstvo u pokretu, ili smo ograničeni u kretanju (kada smo na sedištu). Odradjene su teme odbrane od opasnih zahvata, udaraca, kao i napada i pretnje hladnim i vatrenim oružjem.

Na kraju je održan Kettlebell trening, namenjen fizičkoj pripremi vežbača a koji stiče sve veću popularnost u svetu.

First off, what is a kettlebell?

A kettlebell as you can see from the pictures is an archaic looking hunk of iron, kind of like a canon ball with a thick handle. While it seems primitive, and it is on purpose, it will get you the best results of your life.

Training with Kettlebells will:

In our modern days we have become softies. ‘IF’ we exercise it is as comfortable and cozy as possible. We use fancy machines and gizmos at health clubs or fork out thousands of dollars on useless equipment that promises results with little to no effort. Kettlebells are not a fancy gizmo and they are not the flavor of the day. They have been around for a long time and thanks to internationally sought after strength coach Pavel Tsatsouline, they have made their way back to the land of milk and honey.

Kettlebells are not cozy, they are cast iron and you will work hard. I’m going to share a secret with you… There is no free lunch. If you want great results you have to put forth the effort and there is no magic pill or thousand-dollar gizmo that will nullify that truth. Anyone who tells you otherwise is either ignorant and not qualified to get you results or they are lying.

No kettlebells will not hurt you; ladies you will not turn into men but men you will turn into tough men and ladies you will get toned, lean and strong.

Try kettlebells for 3 months and I guarantee you that you will never want to go back to curls, leg extensions, spinning classes, body sculpting, long boring aerobics or hours on an elliptical machine or stationary bike.
Train like an athlete not a hamster!

So Why Kettlebells?

First let me say that kettlebells are not my only method of training and if you prefer to train with other equipment or if you sport demands it then I will train you with that. Having said that I am a HUGE believer in kettlebell’s effectiveness and efficiency in helping men and women of all ages and fitness levels reach their goals.

#1 Because they deliver extreme all-round fitness. And no single other piece of exercise equipment does it better.
Here is a short list of exercise equipment that kettlebells replace:

Barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls, grip devices, cardio equipment and classes, cardio machines, strength training machines, stretching machines.

For athletes, strong men or guys/gals who want to be tough
Amazingly enough, the kettlebell will make you good at many things you have not practiced. Kettlebell users report that they run faster, jump higher, perform at their sports better, bench or deadlift heavier, etc. -just from lifting kettlebells. The only time they see the barbell or running shoes is during the test!

Many in the military blow past their previous PT tests just from training with kettlebells without even doing their PT activities. For serious athletes you obviously must practice your sport to be successful, but be aware that kettlebell training will have a huge positive carry-over to your sport.

For guys/gals who want to get into the best shape of their lives
There are 2 schools of thought out there. Either spend hours in the gym wasting your life away or spend 5 minutes a day doing the latest ab gimmick on TV and get the best body of your life. The truth lies somewhere in between. Kettlebell training simultaneously builds strength (which tones muscles) and provides an amazing cardio workout. 20 minutes of kettlebell training 2-6 days per week will absolutely change your life and your body!

Kettlebell training melts body fat and tones muscles. For folks who want to build big muscles you can do that too. For those who don’t want to gain an ounce of muscle that can be achieved as well. The program that we use (sets, reps, nutrition, etc.) will decide what happens to your body.

Convenience and simplicity
For some people training in a gym is either inconvenient time-wise or you plain don’t like the meat market, strutting crowd. On the home gym side of things, lots of expensive exercise equipment exists that you can buy on late night television; they usually end up becoming expensive coat racks. Kettlebells will never become expensive coat racks for 4 very important reasons:

#1 They work, you will see and feel amazing results

#2 They are fun, you won’t want to put them down

#3 They are not expensive

#4 They wouldn’t make a very good coat rack either

Kettlebells are fairly priced, they will last forever since they are cast iron (some with a rubber coating), and will store in the same amount of space it takes to store a pair of shoes. Best of all, you can exercise in the convenience of your home, or you can easily transport them to the park, your friend’s house, the local gym or wherever you want to train. You could take it in the family room and do repetitions of your favorite kettlebell drill during commercial breaks; the sky is the limit with this portable wonder.

Spine and joint health
One of the often-overlooked aspects of a ‘fit’ body is longevity. When we are young we workout to look good; when we are older we work out to feel good and prevent our bodies from deteriorating. Kettlebells and the unique exercises you can do with them are all centered on real functional strength. You will learn to pick things up off of the floor with an injury-proof back. Improve the health of your shoulders and knees. Safely increase your body’s range of motion so you can live pain free. Proper use even can help to prevent osteoporosis and arthritis in joints.

#2 Kettlebells alone are just another piece of training equipment. The other important piece that makes kettlebell training so incredibly effective is the RKC System (Russian Kettlebell Challenge).

Expertise, Certification and Credibility
RKC Certified Instructors are some of the absolute best around. RKC Certified Instructors are in demand to train such diverse groups as the Navy Seals, Department of Energy, Secret Service, Army Rangers, Marines, SWAT teams, firefighters and more. RKCs also train professional sports teams such as the NFL's San Francisco 49ers and San Diego Chargers. Professional fighters such as Frank Shamrock, World Heavyweight Boxing Champion John Ruiz and even many professional actors and actresses use kettlebells under the guidance of RKC Certified Instructors.
