If we have to be serious, Kazakhstan is not a land-locked country.

Ehhh, Caspian Sea can be considered a big lake but yeah, technically it is 'a sea'.

Problem is, Caspian Sea IS landlocked itself - no big warship, like a missile destroyer for example (let alone a carrier), operating there could reach oceanic shores and its radius would be limited. That limited mobility, in itself, defeats the reason for eve having anything bigger than a 2-3 gun patrol boat in there.

Ako izuzmemo momenat u srpskoj istoriji kada je brat Stefana Namanje Miroslav ( on je onaj sto je dao da se izradi jedan od najvaznijih dokumenata srpske i svetske bastine ) MIROSLAVLJEVO JEVANDJENJE a ziveo u vremenu Karla velikog koji je bio jedan od najznacajnih vladara Evrope a nije ostavio nista tako znacajno koji je vladao Humom i Zahumljem i odlucio se covek da napadne dubrvnik izgradio flotu bio potucen i nakon toga recimo Srbi su odustali od pokusaja da se razvijaju i sire na moru. Ostalo je vise manje zanemarljivo a nastalo je iskljucivo u skorasnjoj istoriji.
