1. What kind of individuals are you seeking?
Young people who are willing to cultivate themselves.
2. How would you describe the atmosphere around your division?
A Western atmosphere within all the Asian influence.
3. What do you require of new recruits?
Nothing special.
4. Some words for the Shinigami recruits.
The 1st Division is more exciting than meets the eye. Absolutely! Also, once a month, the captain organizes a tea party for the whole division.

Since the captain who leads the 1st Division is the Head Captain Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto, your first thought might be that this division is too hard for you. But actually, the captain throws a tea party once a month, and they hold really creative events in the lieutenant's English-style classroom, and it's a lot of fun! Plus, the 1st Division is near the bath house, and lately, the newspaper's been doing a feature on stone saunas, which they also have. So for those of you who want to get stronger, but don't want to get worn out, this is the division for you!

As the 2nd Division is led by Soifon, who is also the Supreme Commander of the Covert Ops, the division has a large number of soldiers especially skilled at stealthy activity.[1] This combat-centric division also possesses a lot of battle skill.

Thanks to me, every room in our division office has heated floors, every door opens and shuts automatically, and there's no heat loss! Isn't that awesome!
3. What do you require of new recruits?
No one who's going to complain all the time, no noisy guys, and no one who doesn't work!
4. Some words for the shinigami recruits.
I might even invite you guys to my mansion sometimes.

Well, if it's about the 2nd Division, they're most famous for their division offices undergoing remodeling after remodeling, and now the building is amazingly luxurious. Lately, there have even been stories that part of the training room under the division offices have been remodelled to dig out a hot spring. I definitely want one of those for the 4th division.

Yama looks at WW's corpse and it explodes.
In order to minimize the explosion Yama throws his body on top of it.
Aizen: Well, thank you Yama for protecting my world.
Aizen approaches Yama to finish him off.
Yama: You brat!
The dying Yama grabs him by the foot and uses # 96, and a swipe of the sword. [I'm not sure what Nja is trying to say here.]
Out of the ground spouts a flame-like blade. Aizen gets burned and tries to escape.
Aizen: Damn.
As Aizen escapes from the fire vizard Ichigo barges in. The end.
