When one of person's fathers earliest memories is near-death experience from a Bulgarian occupying soldier who wanted to pierce a 3-year old kid with a bayonet it isn't blind hatred. It's a very sound, credible and very personal hatred.
There are hundreds of thousands of Bulgarian citizens, whose predecessors were forced to leave Vardar Macedonia or the so called Western Outlands because of the Serbian terror, but still there is no such mass hatred against Serbians in contemporary Bulgaria. This is the difference, dear. The hatred towards Bulgarians was an official political doctrine and educational strategy during all Yugoslav regimes, while Bulgarian authorities didn't organize such mass reproduction of malice.
