Thanks for the question! Yes, Anthony is currently in a relationship with a woman (and I use that term loosely-sorry) named Heather Christie. She is 21 years old (just), and they have been together on and off since 2004 when she was only 18. In fact, the first verse of the song "She's only 18" off of their recent album Stadium Arcadium, was written after Kiedis found out that she was "decidedly disinterested in the Rolling Stones", and thus she was in essence the inspiration for the musings behind the lyrics. She has done some modelling, both runway and print, and is the photographer for their official website redhotchilipeppers.com.
Yohanna and Anthony broke up for officially in '01 (most of the songs off of By the Way were written post-breakup and with regards to it), however they had been seen "together" up to about 2003, on and off. While their relationship was tumultuous at best, I'm sure their breakup can be attributed to many things. Officially, AK indicated in an interview back in '02 that it was due to the fact that he wanted children, and she did not. I'm sure there is a bit more to it than that, but at least he was open enough to share that bit of private info with the public.
It remains to be seen, whether or not he and Heather will remain committed and settle down to have the children that Anthony ultimately wants. I hope, whatever the case may be, that he is not "settling" to reach his fatherhood goals, and I hope that he is happy.
