Recent news shows that Chinese investors are seriously interested in Vancouver real estate properties. It also shows that these Chinese are taking these properties more seriously than before.

In fact, trips from Mainland China to Vancouver are now being organized by SouFun, an Internet sales company based in China. These trips are consist of wealthy investors from Beijing and Shanghai who are dying to dip their fingers into Vancouver real estate and buy properties for them and their families. The twenty investors arriving this August are potential buyers. They are keen on Vancouver real estate properties in the million-dollar listings.

Koliko je ljudi otislo sa ovog foruma u Vankuver da nisu imali nikakve rodbine i sta im fali.
Sada si ti stavio dva linka sto nemaju veze sa realnoscu i sada ce svi da odustanu od Vankuvera.:hahaha::hahaha::hahaha:
 
U Kanadu ko je vredan i hoce da radi nema zime za njega.
Takodje i sto se tice devojaka u bilo kom gradu Kanade mozes imigrant da nadje devojku koja je domaca,ako je neko slepac
i ne moze da nadje u Torontu on nije vecina.
U Kanadi vecina imigranata dolazi ,a da nemaju nikakavu rodbinu i nadju poslove,otplacuju kredite...zive ljudi i bez pomoci
rodbine. Ako je neko odlucio da imigrira za Vankuver sigurno ga nece obeshrabriti neki nebulozni link kako je kinez kupio kucu
u Vankuveru !!!???, i Srbin je kupio i Koreanac,i Vijetnamac.
Srecan put za Vankuver.
Da vidimo devojke iz Kanade...

I love Montreal so much. I miss is badly. Every other city is a heaping pile of generic shit compared to Montreal. Oh Montreal I miss you so much.

The video looks great and while I understand that there is only so much time, perhaps they should have included a bit more of the Montreal nightlife. Whenever I speak to those who have visited Montreal for the first time, they constantly refer to the fact that people in Montreal always find a reason to go out while in places like Toronto, etc. and it is a more of a go home to your television set type of culture. Nonetheless, I thought the video was great, especially in showcasing Old Montreal.

just got back home to Toronto from Montreal after a 4 day trip. It was my first one to the City. I have to say I was amazed. I dont wanna say it, but Montreal seamed a lot more alive to me than TO. Its the culture, the vibe. I always thought everyone would be hostile as I cant speak French well, to those that frequent Quebec that might seem stupid, but I was kinda scared. I loved the city and now going through the post-vaccation blues...I definitely want to go back.

Ovo je ozbiljna i najcitanija tema preko 200.pregleda na dan i ti nemas sta da kazes o Kanadi jer tamo nikada nisi bila.

Najbolje lokacije za imigraciju u Kanadi su Toronto i Vancuver.
Najlosija je Montreal - male plate,kriminal i zvanican francuski jezik.
Zasto bi neko isao u Montreal ucio francuski i radio posao za koji je pet puta manje placen nego u Vankuveru ?
Ono sto je sigurno da je vecina sa foruma otisla u Toronto i ostali se spremaju za anglofoni deo Kanade.
Jedini ko se hvalio da ce ici za Quebec sale trbojevic propali imigrant koji je kao naucio francuski u jednoj lekciji
i naravno odbijen na intervju.
Toronto,Vankuver ili bilo koji deo anglofone Kanade vece su plate nego u Montrealu gradu kriminala...

BC's $8 an hour minimum wage has not been increased since 2001. Every other province in the country has increased its minimum wage in the last year and BC now has the lowest minimum wage in Canada. Last week, Nova Scotia raised its minimum wage by almost 5 percent to $9.65 an hour. With one of the highest costs of living in the country, minimum wage earners in BC are far behind minimum wage earners in other provinces.

"BC has Canada's highest rates of poverty, including child poverty," says Jim Sinclair, President of the B.C. Federation of Labour. "Other provinces have made the connection between raising the minimum wage and combating poverty. We need to make the same connection here in BC and raise the minimum wage to $10 an hour with future increases linked to increases in the cost of living."
