volimo mi i neozbiljne diskusije.onaj ko je davao ime sajtu, je li razmisljao o igri reci. vera i predanost, posvecenost, ali najpre vera i poboznost. eh, taj martin nikad da se okane dvosmislenosti i neizbeznog upliva religije u tekstove i teme. :lol: '

Dragi unimpressed,
nas sajt je je posledica naseg dugog razmisljanja o fenomenu posvecenosti. Jasno nam je u kom obliku ona sve moze da se pojavi u svetu. Ali zelimo da dopremo iza, do samog bica, do onog sto ga nagoni da uporno i neumorno goni isti cilj. Zelimo vise od toga da dokazemo da posvecenost stvara velika dela. Da nas hrani i oplemenjuje. Sam fan club jeste inspirisao nas sajt ali ne zelimo da ga svedemo na tako usku pricu. Kad biste nesto mogli da znate sta se sve desavalo iza tog jos uvek nezvanicnog kluba fanova tokom protekle turneje i gde smo sve stigli, shvatili bi na koji nacin smo mi to ''ozbiljni''.

Sto se tice verskog aspekta u Martinovim tekstovima, mislim da to sve zavisi od ugla posmatranja. Onaj koji je religiozan shvatice to kao veru u Boga i nece pogresiti. Onaj koji nije religiozan, shvatice to kao veru u ljude, u dobro, kao opsti princip vere i opet nece pogresiti (agnostici na primer). Ali sigurno svi znamo razliku izmedju vere i religije. Dok pojavno to izgleda drugacije i drugacije se praktikuje, u sustini se oslanja na isto.. I jedni i drugi su 'vernici'. Neki medju njima budu i posvecenici, sto ce reci prakticno realizuju svoju veru. Oni su nasa tema. U svakom slucaju, Martinovi tekstovi su nas sve ogolili i sveli na ono sto nam je svima zajednicko i sto nas sve pokrece. Njihova muzika za mase stoga postaje nasa himna. I onda kad se osvestimo i osvrnemo se na protekle dogadjaje, cela stvar nam se cini isuvise komplikovana, kao da iza svega stoji velika zavera i domisljatost. Ali u stvari imamo samo 'damaged people', 'macrovision' i 'no pretense'.

Obecavam da necu opsedati forume koji nam nista nisu skrivili pricom o veri i posvecenosti. Obecavam takodje da necu odustati od te ideje i da cu ostati odana svojim prijateljima fanovima koji su prosle i ove godine oziveli moja uverenja.

Žalim što ovo moram da kažem i verovatno ću nekog uvrediti. Jednostavno nije dovoljno rasipati postove po silnim forumima i vrteti u krug izjave: Ah, kako ih ja volim! Ah, ma Dave je slatkiš! A kakvu tek guzu iiimaaa!! itd, itd. Ovo ne spada ni pod neozbiljnu diskusiju, a kamoli nešto drugo. Svi mi, fanovi, to mislimo, to se jednostavno podrazumeva da su članovi benda, u neku ruku, predmet naših ''niskih'' pobuda (ne baš svakoj pripadnici lepšeg pola), i da ih obožavamo. Ovaj sajt je stoga bio logična posledica i što kaže voljena Lilian, tu je da učini velika dela.

Ah pa ako si vec na FaDu nema potrebe da ista objasnjavam. Pogotovo ne ovde ;)
Zivot jeste kratak, slazem se. Ali onda ne treba dozvoliti da tako lako prolazi. To sto se neki ljudi ne 'opustaju' ne mora da znaci da su 'napeti'. Niti da su operisani od niskih pobuda ;)

Q Magazine has compiled the 20 best songs of the past 20 years as part of its 20th anniversary and Depeche Mode’s “Personal Jesus” has come in at the number 15 spot on the list.

“Smells Like Teen Spirit,” a 1991 release from Nirvana, topped the list that included songs from U2, Depeche Mode, and Madonna.

The list covered pop, rock, punk and techno. Outkast’s 2003 release, “Hey Ya!” was second best, and Guns N’Roses’ “Sweet Child O’Mine” came in third.

Depeche Mode's "Suffer Well" has been nominated for a Grammy in the Best Dance Recording category.

Nominations for the 49th Annual GRAMMY Awards were announced today by The Recording Academy, reflecting a year in which multiple genres were represented in top categories, new up-and-comers were nominated alongside established artists and a diverse array of producers and other creative professionals garnered multiple nominations. The 49th Annual GRAMMY Awards will be held on "GRAMMY Sunday," Feb. 11, at Staples Center in Los Angeles and once again will be broadcast live in high-definition TV and 5.1 surround sound on CBS from 8 – 11:30 p.m. (ET/PT).

Control and Martin Gore

Mojo magazine’s February issue is reporting that Depeche Mode’s Martin L. Gore is partly help financing the new film “Control”. Control is the story of the legendary band Joy Division and is being directed by long time DM collaborator, Anton Corbijn.

Directed by Dutch photographer Anton Corbijn, Control is set to open in UK cinemas in March, 2 years after its American producers Orian Williams and Tom Eckhert first contacted Mojo to discuss their new project. Eckert has spoken about their lengthy effort to get the film off the ground, having optioned the rights to 'Touching from a distance' in the late 90's. ''I don't think there are many really great stories out there.'' said Todd. ''But this is one of them.''

Williams, in particular, felt it crucial to find a director whom both Deborah and the surviving members of Joy Division could trust. Though Anton Corbijn had yet to direct a full feature film, the Dutchman’s credentials were impeccable. In 1980 he moved from Holland to Britain specifically to photograph the group, his iconic shots for NME launching a career that would see him in the 80's and beyond become first choice lensman for U2, Depeche Mode and R.E.M.

Indeed it was non other than Bono who told Williams at a party in 2004, ''You've got to get Anton to direct this movie''.

''Initially, (Corbijn) did not want to make a film about a musician”, explains Williams. ''But then he realized it wasn't a conventional biopic, it was a love story.'' Once on board the director's first stipulation was that the film should be shot in moody black and white. The result, says Williams has an ''abstract poetic, epic feel, but it's not arty, its not a fever dream. Its traditionally mapped out- Antons a big fan of old English movies, he loves David Lean, Truffuant, Jim Jarmush, (Loach's) Kes.''

Control - part-financed by Depeche Mode's Martin Gore - has, it seems won some important fans. The surviving members of Joy Division saw a preview on November 28th, reporting to Mojo that they ''very much approve of it and will be backing it 100%''. ''Initially the group were disinterested in the film, but at the same time were intrigued and wanted to get involved'' says Williams.''When we first met them backstage at a gig in Liverpool in 2005, Bernard said 'Just have some fun with it.' We did and the finished Movie is amazing.''

e ljudi..........ne mogu da verujem sta mi se desilooooooooooooooooooooooo....imali mi iz informatike da uradimo prezentacijuuuuu.....i sad naravno ja uradim o depeche mode-u i profa mi kaze kao:"Ne,ne evo jedan minus,ne moze narkomani,nemaju oni pojma samo tandrcu gitarom,nja,nja,nja"kad ja mu pustila enjoy the silence,rece on:"Nemaju oni pojma sa muzikom"ja staaaaala i gledam,tu se iznerviram i kazem mu da je ta pesma bila najveci hit 90. i nadalje pa nek on onda kaze da nemaju pojma....juuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu ala me iznervirao,kao sto je moj drug rekao:"Nismo mi krivi sto nam cetnik,koji unazadjuje tehniku,predaje informatiku"ali ne brinite ljudi,branila sam cast depeche-a i dobila sam 5....sa minusom....:)
 
eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ovo nije prva petica za DM,moram da vas obavestim,moja sestra je prosle godine isto pravila neku prezentaciju za depeche mode i dobila petaka,a i ja sam pisala iz engleskog esej o DM-u i eto jos jedne petice....hmmmm........moguce da ih je jos bilo...e da....radili smo iz psihologije neki dizajn i dali nam zapocete crteze i mi kao treba da zavrsimo......i sad tu nesto svi nasvrljamo i meni jedinoj kaze profesorica da odstampam to sto sam nacrtala i donesem joj,kad ono na crtezu......pogadjajte...ni manje ni vise pise "inspired by:depeche mode"naravno mojim rukopisom....mogao je mozda da bude plus ali izgleda da nije....nema veze profesorica se odusevila...i to je nesto...:)....znaci 3 petice i jedno odusevljenje!!!cool 8) 8-) 8-)
