24. Which places gave you the best reception?
DC... Ahh...I know what you're after!... I must say we are blessed to be received positively wherever we set up to play... It's amazing... This time out we had the pleasure of going to countries we haven't played before & the response was overwhelming!

For instance... we played Beograd... Belgrade... in an old, war ravaged hockey stadium... An amazing, soulful atmosphere!... So appreciative... I played there 32 (31 (16.3.1975.), prim.aut.) years ago with Deep Purple... & I sincerely hope we have the opportunity to return... Slovenia... Macedonia... Turkey... Yeah, Baby!... I hope they invite us back!

A onima koji vode računa o Tašmajdanu, eto nečega o čemu treba da razmišljaju, čovek misli da je stadion razoren ratom!  :lol:
 
У Deep Purple-u је имао само пар добрих песама (Stormbringer, Soldier of Fortune, Gypsy, Burn, Mistreated), Гилан има много, много боље песме. Што се тиче Whitesnake-a, нешто их не волим баш, али добре су Child of the Night (заправо, текст је фантастичан) и Here I go again, исто због текста.
 
obozavam whitesnake,ustvari,ideja za nadimak mi je iz njihove pjesme "here I go again"....
"here I go again on my own,going down the only road i ever known,like a drifter i was born to walk alone..."
mislim da je to jedna od boljih grupa...
pjesme "soldier of fortune","walking in the shadow of the blues","i just died in your arms tonight","crying in the rain","is this love",su vrhunske...
