Ne bih da se ponavljam,

ali videces da ce oni prvi da potrce da se vakcinisu cim se pojavi vakcina,

mnogo pre penzionera i trudnica,

iako su navodno nepoverljivi do bola prema svemu ovome?!:cool:

ne bi da se ponavljas ali je jak strah da ces ostati bez svog sledovanja vakcine

ne boj se, ako ti medicinska sestra zalupi salter ispred nosa posle pet sati cekanja dacu ti ja svoje sledovanje
 
A report sent in from Greece says that 58% of the doctors and 90% of the health personnel working for the Red Cross in Athens have said they do not intend to get the "swine flu" jab:

"58% of the doctors and 90% of the medical staff at the Red Cross in Athens declared that they do not intend to be vaccinated, at a time when specialists are appealing to citizens to be vaccinated.

The president of the National Committee for the Influenza Pandemic, Eleni Giamarellou, in order to get across the message that there is no reason for anxiety about the possible side-effects of the vaccine against the new H1N1 flu, declared that she will be among the first to be vaccinated. The members of the National Committee nevertheless note that the vaccination is not compulsory.

The research carried out by the Red Cross indicates that not only the general public but also the country's medical personnel have NOT been persuaded by official statements in relation to the dangers from side-effects of the new vaccine. Similar studies carried out on the general population indicate that six out of ten people are thinking of staying away from the programme of mass vaccination.

The President of the National Committee for the Influenza Pandemic also emphasised the need to have immediately available the 150 beds in the Intensive Care Units, which are remaining unutilized. In the event of the scenario becoming a reality that 20% of the population will fall ill from the H1N1 virus, an additional 170 to 470 beds will be needed at Intensive Care Units. In the context of the attempt to find a solution there has been mention even of the possibility of requisitioning Intensive Care beds in private clinics.

41 cases of side effects

Since the beginning of October 1.4 million Swedes have been vaccinated [NOTE: 1.4 million doses have been distributed in Sweden but there are no Swedish government numbers on how many people have been vaccinated], of whom 41 have come down with undesirable side-effects, including allergies. But none of the cases that have been detected have been serious and non-reversible, said Mrs Giamarellou immediately following yesterday's meeting of the Committee.

The president of the National Committee mentioned the necessity for pregnant women in the second or third month of pregnancy to be vaccinated, as they face greater risk than the rest of the population of suffering serious symptoms. She nevertheless pointed out that people allergic to eggs should not be vaccinated, something that does not apply for the regular flu vaccine. This is because Greece has been provided with vaccines that have been cultivated in eggs, not in cells.
