Ako je prosjecna godisnja plata u jednom gradu sa porezom oko 40 000 dolara-onda je prosjecna mala drvena kuca oko 300 000 dolara..

U.K. house prices rose this month at the fastest annual pace in two years as the average cost of a property in London's Kensington and Chelsea topped 1 million pounds ($1.9 million) for the first time, Rightmove Plc said.

Sellers in the London borough populated by bankers, soccer players and film stars sought an average 1,086,764 pounds per property in the five weeks through Nov. 11, up 8.8 percent on the previous month and 55 percent in the year, the U.K.'s biggest real-estate Web site said today. Prices nationwide rose 12.4 percent from a year ago, the most since October 2004.

Chelsea, where a car-parking space costs almost as much as a home in the north of England, led the surge. A shortage of properties for sale has shielded the housing market from higher interest rates. Bank of England raised its benchmark rate to a five-year high of 5 percent on Nov. 9 to bring down inflation.

``We have a two-speed market in the U.K.,'' said Miles Shipside, Rightmove's commercial director, in an interview. ``The southern market is driven by a shortage of supply of suitable properties, particularly in London. The top end is insulated from economic factors because buyers there don't need a mortgage.''

Prices in London rose 18.2 percent from a year earlier, the biggest annual gain across the country, to 344,949 pounds. The slowest market outside London was the North of England, where prices increased an annual 3.1 percent, Rightmove said.

The equivalent price in Tokyo was 900 pounds a square foot.

da ne pominjemo opet londonski ugovor, i koliko smo tu propustili, ali ruzvelt do 1945-e je prichao da srbi treba da budu nagradjeni, sa velikom teritorijom. hrvatska je, po ruzveltu,posle rata trebalo da bude umanjena teritorija pod starateljstvom. chovek je pravilno primetio da od politickog suzivota u jugoslaviji nema nista i da srbi time fakticki gube. kad je vec stvar oko jugoslavije bila resena i videlo se da je to fakat, i onda je,kod podele inetersnih sfera dogvoreno fifti-fifti.(izmedju ostalog, zbog tog cercilovog izuma, staljin posle 1948. nije mogao da ide na izvaziju ili okupciju fnrj)
mi smo zemlja koja se u dva rata borila na pravoj strani, i imali smo zapadno zaledje. oba puta samo ,najvise svojom krivicom se ispalili.
