There are two new mixes of World In My Eyes available on a new bootleg 12” single that has just come out. Someone called A Ghost In Detroit made these particular remixes.
This new un-official bootleg 12” is out and is even made to look like a real Depeche Mode release. This 12” is a bootleg and has nothing to do with the band or their record labels. The two mixes are called the “Futureretro Mix” and the “Retroplex Mix” and were made by someone called “A Ghost In Detroit”. This bootleg 12” has full art work and does give Depeche Mode the writing and producing credits while A Ghost In Detroit has the credit for the “re-edit”. So if you see this for sale, it’s not an official Depeche Mode release.
The “Futureretro Mix” is the best mix of the two and one remix hungry fans will love. This mix uses the vocals and has a good deep, electro feel to it while the “Retroplex Mix” is more of a progressive dance mix.
