Tomas Alan `Tom` Vejts (engl. Thomas Alan `Tom` Waits; Pomona, 7. decembar 1949) je američki muzičar i kompozitor.

Pevač specifičnog glasa, pisao je i tekstove u kojima često pominje mitske likove i mesta, dok mu je muzički stil jedinstvena mešavina roka, bluza, džeza i pozorišne muzike. Vejts ima veliki uticaj na mnoštvo drugih autora i kompozitora.

Neke njegove pesme su postale poznate tek nakon što su ih obradili drugi muzičari, poput Jersey Girl koju je snimio i Brus Springstin, ili Tom Traubert's Blues koja je poznatija u izvođenju Roda Stjuarta. Vejts je osvojio Nagradu Gremi za svoja dva albuma.

Uz solistička izdanja, pisao je muziku za filmove i muzičke komedije, a okušao se i kao glumac. Neki od filmova u kojima je glumio su Kafa i cigarete i Pod udarom zakona Džima Džarmuša, kao i Drakula Frensisa Forda Kopole.

Oženjen je umjetnicom Ketlin Brenan koja je njegov dugogodišnji saradnik i povremeni tekstopisac.

Vejts je 2011. primljen u Dvoranu slavnih rokenrola, posvećenu najuticajnijim umetnicima u rokenrolu.
