Da li hoces da kazes da oni clanovi Ohridskog sporazuma koje sam citirao (u postu br. 451) nisu tacni - autenticni? Da li je moguce da tako nesto tvrdis? Ili stvarno ne umes da pronadjes tekst (sa 11 clanova) Oh. sporazuma a imas ga i na Wikipediji??? Za to ti treba manje od 20 sekundi...

Mozes da procitas i ceo tekst Ohridskog sporazuma (koji je Vucic prihvatio i tako izvrsio izdaju zemlje), kratak je - mada sam ti kljucne delove vec citirao...

Sta te zbunjuje - ne mozes da prihvatis da je ovo sto ti pisem istina - da je predsednik izdao zemlju a da se Ustavni sud, tuzilastvo i ostali *prave mrtvi* asistirajuci mu tako u izdaji... dok ogroman deo stanovnistva nije ni svestan da se to vec desilo (jos pre 20 meseci) jer zivi u medijskom mraku i baulja u svakodnevnim banalnim problemima svojih licnih zivota?

Izgleda da ne razlikujes ni sta je *aneks* (sporazuma) a sta je sporazum/ugovor... Da li znas bar sta znaci rec aneks (kao pojam)?

Evo ti ceo tekst Ohridskog sporazuma (sa sajta Evropske Unije) na engleskom, pa uporedjuj sa clanovima koje sam ti citirao (na srpskom) - vidi da li jesu ili nisu tacni oni clanovi koje sam citirao u postu 451 (a posle mogu i ceo Ohr. sporazum i na srpskom da ti postavim ako bas ne umes da nadjes na Wikipediji).

A ako Ohr. sporazuma zaista NEMA na sajtu Vlade Srbije onda tek treba da se zapitas ZASTO GA NEMA (a aneks si video tamo), da li ti deluje normalno da neka vlada objavi aneks (dodatak) nekog toliko vaznog ugovora (koji je predsednik prihvatio) a ne objavi SAM ugovor? (a ugovor je u medjuvremenu postao i deo poglavlja 35)

Proceeding from the historical facts and without prejudice to the different view of the Parties on fundamental questions, including on status questions,
Desirous to create the conditions for cooperation between the Parties for the benefit of the people,
Have agreed as follows:
Article 1
The Parties shall develop normal, good-neighbourly relations with each other on the basis of equal rights.
Both Parties shall mutually recognise their respective documents and national symbols, including passports, diplomas, licence plates, and customs stamps.
Article 2
Both Parties will be guided by the aims and principles laid down in the United Nations Charter, especially those of the sovereign equality of all States, respect for their independence, autonomy and territorial integrity, the right of self-determination, the protection of human rights, and non-discrimination.
Article 3
In conformity with the United Nations Charter, the Parties shall settle any disputes between them exclusively by peaceful means and refrain from the threat or use of force.
Article 4
The Parties proceed on the assumption that neither of the two can represent the other in the international sphere or act on its behalf.
Serbia will not object to Kosovo’s membership in any international organisation.
Article 5
Neither Party will block, nor encourage others to block, the other Party’s progress in their respective EU path based on their own merits. Both Parties shall respect the values referred to in Articles 2 and 21 of the Treaty of the European Union.
Article 6
While the present Agreement constitutes an important step of normalization, both Parties will continue with new impetus the EU-led Dialogue process which should lead to a legally binding agreement on comprehensive normalization of their relations.
The Parties agree to deepen future cooperation in the fields of economy, science and technology, transport and connectivity, judicial and law enforcement relations, posts and telecommunications, health, culture, religion, sport, environmental protection, missing persons, displaced persons and other similar areas through the conclusion of specific agreements.
The details will be agreed in additional agreements facilitated by the EU-led Dialogue.
Article 7
Both Parties commit to establish specific arrangements and guarantees, in accordance with relevant Council of Europe instruments and by drawing on existing European experiences, to ensure an appropriate level of self-management for the Serbian community in Kosovo and ability for service provision in specific areas, including the possibility for financial support by Serbia and a direct communication channel for the Serbian community to the Government of Kosovo.
The Parties shall formalise the status of the Serbian Orthodox Church in Kosovo and afford strong level of protection to the Serbian religious and cultural heritage sites, in line with existing European models.
Article 8
The Parties shall exchange Permanent Missions. They shall be established at the respective Government's seat.
Practical questions relating to the establishment of the Missions shall be dealt with separately.
Article 9
Both Parties take note of the EU’s and other donors’ commitment to establish a special investment and financial support package for joint projects of the Parties in economic development, connectivity, green transition and other key areas.
Article 10
The Parties shall establish a joint Committee, chaired by the EU, for monitoring the implementation of this Agreement.
Both Parties confirm their obligation to implement all past Dialogue agreements, which remain valid and binding.
Article 11
Both Parties commit to respect the Implementation Roadmap annexed to this Agreement.

Prika postoji samo Sporazum 1244.
U Ohridu je bilo nekih predloga koji su odbijeni i nisu potpisani.
Tako da od sada piši Odbijeni Ohridski predlog jer drugo ime ne može da ima .
A u UN kada pogledaš tamo ćeš samo naći Sporazum 1244.

Za to ti treba manje od 20 sekundi... <<< Ovo je blago rečeno,neozbiljno od tebe,jer wikipedia nije pouzdana iz razloga što svako može da je uređuje.A čak si pomalo i bezobrazan.Ovo zeleno ne verujem ni slovo,čim dolazi iz kuhinje naših osvedočenih neprijatelja.Ja verujem samo zvaničnim dokumentima naše države.

U Ohridu je bilo nekih predloga koji su odbijeni i nisu potpisani.
Tako da od sada piši Odbijeni Ohridski predlog jer drugo ime ne može da ima .
A u UN kada pogledaš tamo ćeš samo naći Sporazum 1244.

Na koji se sporazum odnosi taj aneks ako ne na Ohridski sporazum?
Da li ti mislis da u Vladi Srbije sede neki ludaci koji su na sajt vlade postavili kao *zvanični dokument države Srbije* - aneks (dodatak) NECEMU STO NE POSTOJI?
Da li si cuo da neko priznaje aneks (dodatak) nekom pravnom dokumentu (sporazumu, ugovoru) a da NE POSTOJI taj *bazicni* dokument kome se aneks pripaja?

A posto mi je jasno sa kakvim sagovornikom *polemisem* evo procitaj sta znaci *aneks* kao termin u pravu

Aneks ugovora pripada pravnoj terminologiji. Reč aneks, kada stoji sama za sebe, označava dodatak nečemu ili dodatni, podređeni deo nečega (posebno dokumenta).
Aneks je dokument koji je pridodat ugovoru ili dogovoru.

Da li je aneks integralni deo ugovora ili samostalna obaveza?
Bez daljeg objašnjenja, može se smatrati da je aneks sastavni deo ugovora


E sad ja tebe *genije* pitam - ako je aneks nesto sto je PRIDODATO UGOVORU i (kako vidimo u ovih par objasnjenja) tj. uvek SASTAVNI DEO NEKOG UGOVORA (a ne samostalan dokument) kako je moguce da na sajtu Vlade Srbije stoji citirani aneks koji se odnosi na NISTA (posto ti tvrdis da Ohridskog sporazuma NEMA - da je ODBIJEN)?

Treba mu dati jedan tv kanal pa nek na njemu tandrlja 25 sati dnevno. Pa neka ga gleda ko hoće i ima jak stomak.

RTS javni servis svih građana
Da li opozicija i neko još ima pravo na učestvovanje u tv programu, da se čuju i drugačija mišljenja i informacije u programu RTS koji je javni servis , i na PINK, HAPPY, PRVA, INFORMER, B92,.. Ili su to Vučićeve privatne televizije gde on može 300 puta mesečno da se obraća i da sipa svoje, SNS, SPS informacije? Ako RTS nema prostora za druge učesnike javnog života onda zašto plaćati pretplatu?

Evo pošto je predsednik izjavio da postoji udruženje unutar SNS lojalnih njemu, da li sebe smatrate lojalistom?

Kao građanka mene iskreno plaši kad predsednik priča o grupi ljudi koji se zaklinje krvlju na vernost u crkvi, prete sklanjanjem izdajnika...etc....
Koliko vam ovo nije normalno na skali od 0 do -150?
