On the internet poll on one of the largest Internet forum, “Krstarica” - 79% of Serbians gave the support of Colonel Gaddafi.
Although all Serbian media under intense pressure from the U.S. and Europe, failing to provide a balanced picture of events in Libya, the vast majority of Serbians do not accept reports Al Jazeera and CNN. In fact, Serbia is still very strong memory of the role of the former Yugoslavia, Tito and the Non-Aligned Movement Gaddafi in Libya and Serbs consider a friendly desire of Colonel Gaddafi seen not only as head of state but as a friendly and personal friend of Serbia. На Интернет анкети на једном од највећих интернет форума, "Крстарица" - 79% Срба је дао подршку пуковника Гадафија.
Иако су сви српски медији под интензивним притиском САД и Европе, не успева да обезбеди уравнотежен слику догађаја у Либији, огромна већина Срба не прихвата извештаје Ал Џазира и ЦНН. У ствари, Србија је и даље веома јака сећања на улогу бивше Југославије, Тита и Покрета несврстаних Гадафи у Либији и Срби сматрају пријатељски жеља пуковника Гадафија посматрати не само као шеф државе, већ као пријатељску и лични пријатељ Србија.
