namestis se u doggy pozu,al obucena,da muzu ne pada nista na pamet,a u ruke uzmes krpu,pa krenes po stanu
dok su domacice ovako radile,nisu bile ni debele

lepo je sve to, samo ja imam jedan tegic od 8,5 kila koji pisti kad odem do wc-a bez nje, a kamoli da je ignorisem 10ak min dok vezbam.
pokusavam da nadjem nesto u sta bi i nju mogla nekako da uklopim.stavim ja nju na noge pa je podizem, ali ne mogu nicega da se setim sto moze sa njom a da radi pozadinu i stomak :(

Ovo je tema Podrška za dijetu a ne Šta smo kalorično jeli danas (odnosno "nisam debeo, samo se hvalim"), tako da bih molila kolege i koleginice koji nisu na dijeti da informacije o tome koliko su masnog bureka pojeli danas razmenjuju na pp (ako već nemaju koga da dave u rl-u).

Trener mi poslao jelovnik za naredne dve nedelje. Ima da "mrem" od silnog mesa i salate. A lepo sam mu rekla da ne jedem mladi sir i da doručak preskačem zbog jutarnjih mučnina a frajer mi odredio doručak za šampione:roll:

Ja sam živi primer koji potvrđuje ovu teoriju. Nažalost. :( Kada sam pre neki dan stala na vagu, dobor se nisam šlogirala. Problem je što nastavljam po starom. :rida: Ali neka, javiću se sa lepim vestima jednog dana, hoću...

P.S. Imam ab roler. Ispod fotelje skuplja prašinu.

ja sam do pre godinu i po odrzavala kondiciju trcanjem,i to me je najbolje/najbrze/najjeftinije oblikovalo
sad se plasim da se vratim istom da se nesto ne desi (radimo na bebama)
