Protiv dvoje bugarskih državljana policija je podnela krivične prijave jer su u Bosilegradu iscepali državnu zastavu Srbije.
Dvoje bugarskih državljana bili su u autobusu koji se vraćao u Bugarsku, a ispred Doma kulture u Bosilegradu popodne, oko 15.30 časova, polomili su koplje na kojima je bila zastava, pocepali je, i deo uneli u autobus, naveli su policijski zvaničnici.
Na graničnom prelazu autobus je zaustavljen i u njemu pronađen deo iscepane zastave, dok su protiv dve osobe podnete krivične prijave zbog vređanja i ugrožavanja ugleda Srbije.
Bugarski državljani su identifikovani i, s obzirom na delo koje su izvršili, biće predati u nadležnost istražnog sudije Okružnog suda u Vranju kome teritorijalno pripada Bosilegrad.
U Bosilegrad stigao je i bugarski konzul iz Niša, koji se prethodno telefonom informisao u policiji o kompletnom slučaju.

Bugarske vesti kazu da se radi o VMRO> Deyan Stanchev i Atanas Borukov..Обојица имају по 27 година.
The court sitting against the two Bulgarian supporters of VMRO will start between 14.00 and 15.00 Bulgarian time in the District Court in Vranje, Focus News Agency’s correspondent in Nis reported.
Bulgaria’s consul in Nis Georgi Vadev will also be present. The Serbian police pressed charges against the two Bulgarians for tearing Serbia’s flag in the town of Bosilegrad and damaging the authority of the Serbian state. They will be tried summarily. The two face either fines, or three-month imprisonment.
According to the Serbian radio B92 the two Bulgarians, Deyan Stanchev and Atanas Borukov, were traveling by bus back to Bulgaria. On Sunday afternoon, at about 15.30, in the Serbian town of Bosilegrad they broke a flagpole, tore the national flag and took some pieces with them in the bus.
Deyan Stanchev and Atanas Borukov were accused of tearing apart the national flag of Serbia in Bosilegrad, thus derogating the authority of the Serbian state.

One more Bulgarian citizen, Nencho Robov, was arrested after customs authorities discovered a bat in his luggage. He will be freed immediately after he pays a fine, whose value has not been revealed so far.
