F2P PK "MAGGOTS" ARMY CLAN
In the following text you'll get all

1. PK CLANS - Pk clans are large groups of players who PK in
wildy as a TEAM. PK teams have only one objective when they go in wildy:
TO PK OTHER PLAYERS (who arent members of a clan
) AND TAKE THEIR ITEMS
>>>ONLY<<< WHEN THE BATTLE IS OVER AND >>>SHARE<<< WITH OTHER CLANMATES.
2. IMPORTANT RULES OF A CLAN:
DO NOT: Scamm other clan members, Backstab, Disobey, Run from battle,
Take items only for yourself, Log off (from battle),
Pretend to be a leader (cuz there aint a leader in clan),
Teleport in any case!

1. Our clan has a PARLIAMENT that makes decisions.THERE IS NOT LEADER
OF A CLAN!
2. EVERY member of a clan is also a a member of a parliament.
3. Decisions in parliament are made by voting.
4. When voting in a parliament bear in mind that you can cast only
one vote. Everyone who votes twice will be expeled from a parliament
for a week.
5. In parliament we will discus anything that has to do with our clan.
For example bann a player (if he broke some of the rules) ONLY by voting.
6. In parliament every player can make a suggestion and others will vote.
7. ONLY parliament can choose a Pk leader before every PK trip.
When PK trip is finished parliament must choose another leader before
going to PK again.
8. When someone dies during a PK trip he should go to Edgeville ASAP and
regroup with a team.
9. ALL players have to earn money for themselves. Only parliament can
decide if the player is allowed to get anything from the items we PK.
Other players are allowed to give anything, to help other players,
that is not among shared PK-ed items.
10. PK leader must lead a team well and use all of the tactics in order
to keep our clan in kick ass condition.
Any PK leader who uses his position to trick other members of a clan
cannot be choosen as a PK leader EVER again.
11. Our main base will be in front of the Edgeville bank as it's closest bank
to wildy. Parliament will assembly in Edge too.
12. Members of our clan can bring their friends to join our clan. Parliament will
then vote and decide if the player is accepted or not.
13. All members MUST stay around same combat level.
14. Increasing your combat stats when not on Pk trip with a clan is forbidden.
15. I (Sli P K no T) as a founder of a clan have to send you a list of all
members and update it if new players are recruited. I also have to send you
a text document like this that will containg your clan password.
16. All clan members must have a list of other members in their computer as well
as this file and a text document with your password.
NOTE: CLAN PASSWORD IS NOT YOUR RUNESCAPE ACCOUNT PASSWORD!!!
NO PLAYER SHOULD EVER TELL HIS RUNESCAPE PASSWORD TO ANYONE!!!
17. When voting in parliament or PK-ing you should always set your private chat
to friends. Chatiing with non clan members is forbidden and considered as
disobeying.
18. All players must give their e-mail address or Windows Messenger mail in order
to send them their password and clan members list.
