Citala sam odgovor koji si pisala nekom o dobijanju radne vize tj. da su ti u ambasadi trazili Berufserlaubnis (licencu). Meni sad to nista nije jasno, jer ja ne mogu da dobijem Berufserlaubnis jer mi traze prvo radnu vizu, tako da je situacija obrnuta nego ona koja je bila kod tebe. Ja naime trenutno cekam na radnu vizu neke dve nedelje i naravno niko mi nije trazio Berufserlaubnis, ali mi je i nelogicno da mi i naknadno traze jer ne mogu ni da je dobijem bez vize. Mozda se ovi svi propisi razlikuju od pokrajine do pokrajine. Ima li neko jos da podeli svoje iskustvo oko ove procedure?

Bez Berufserlaubnes ne može se dobiti viza iz ambasade.
Berufserlaubnes se dobija bez vize. Lekarska komora ne traži vizu za Berufserlaubnes. Evo opšti spisak dokumenata za Berufserlaubnes.

Documents Necessary for Getting the Permission to Work as Physician in Germany.
Please note, that the following documents are needed in every federal state (Bundesland)
of Germany; there may be some differences and some more documents needed,
depending on the authorities in the federal states and depending on the acting of the
local Chamber of Doctors (Ärztekammer).
Below you will find some additional notes referring to the several numbers.
1. Application letter stating your Work or/and Training Interests in Germany(should be
written in german language,including field of interest). One just has to write on a plain
white sheet.no application form filling.
2. CV(should include your study yrs and work(if done) with dates and signature.
3. Medical Degree/Diploma(both Graduate and Post graduate if applicable), Marksheets,
Work Experience
4. Date of Birth Certificate(if married,then Marriage Certificate also)
5. Passport
6. Police clearance Certificate from the place where you Reside.(if you are in germany
for more then 3 months,and thereafter you apply for the permission,then one has to get
it from here as well.The validity of the Certifcate is only 1 month after issuing.
7. Medical Certificate(stating that your healthy and are capable to work).again,just 1
month valid.

10. German Language knowledge.When you intend to study german in your Respective
country,then one must get a B2 Zertificate Deutsch für den Beruf ( ONLY from
Goethe Institute

Germany,then certificate from any language school is accepted.Another possibility is
PERSONAL INTERVIEW conducted at the working permission office where one
has to Speak in german and know few common facts about germany(aprox 30 min).

13. Letter of Good standing(normally issued by the University hospital but can be issued
by minister of health as well).Stating that you had no Diciplinary or Work related
issues during your career.

country(ex:Health ministry or Medical council) stating that your respective Country
would benefit if you get Trained in Germany(stating the Field of Interest) and its in

19. May be Applicable:A Personal letter where you state that you wish to return back to
your country after completing your Training in Germany.Not Obligatory.
Important Facts:
All the Documents should be translated into German language and legalized.
(This can be done only at a German Embassy in your respective country or from any
Translator in Germany)
